Denzel Amari Wallace
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
August 30, 2019"I'm Denzel, it's a pleasure to be in your presence."
Denzel sat down in the chair next to her, and angled his body towards her. His eyes began to stare at her, not caring if she noticed.
She locked eyes with him for a bit, her eyebrow raising. It looked as if she was trying to figure him out, he could only guess that he looked the same way.
Sticking her hand out, with a small smile, she said, "I'm Adiya, I work with Dior."
Feeling a surge of confidence, to his already confident being, Denzel grabbed her hand, bringing it to his lips, laying a kiss on the back of her hand. Denzel slowly brought her hand back down to her side, and squeezed it before letting go.
He opened his mouth to say something, but stopped when he heard Damita whispering to Dior and Naia.
"It's like watching 90's black cinema, there's chemistry and you can feel it, even though your not going through it."
Dior and Naia nodded their head at what Damita said.
"Like Love Jones, Jason's Lyric, or Poetic Justice." Naia said, adding to Damita's comment.
"So I guess we're-" Dior started, but was cut off by Diesel.
"Anyway, what's the game plan for today. Whose doing what?"
Everyone at the tables eyes shifted to him, knowing why he tried to change the subject.
Dior called Dallas and Dariel over, before she told everybody how it was going to go. Naia stood up when Dallas came over, allowing him to sit in her seat, then sitting on his lap. Dariel walked over towards where Adiya was sitting. Deciding to be petty, Dariel moved Denzel's seat over, so he could put a seat in between him and Adiya. Sitting in the empty seat, he threw a smile Denzel's way.
Denzel didn't give Dariel any satisfaction of him feeling a certain way, cause he truly didn't. Moving his chair farther over from Dariel's, he locked eyes again with Adiya, before she quickly looked away. Denzel smirked to himself at the sight.
"So I was going to have each of us control a certain station, but that's not really needed due to Naia supplying us workers from her company. However, I would still like for us to oversee that their doing their jobs correctly. Just watch for a little then y'all can do whatever y'all want."
