"What's up? I'm going to you right now; we will go together huh!" Nailayo ko sa aking tenga ang cellphone dahil sa lakas ng boses ni Eunice. "There's no room for a no! Bye!"

As what she said, there's no room for a no so I started my morning routines. I chose a simple black tee top, jeans and a sneaker. I also paired it with a cute sling bag.

Hindi naman ako nagtaka na nandito na agad si Eunice. Pagkabukas ko ng pintuan ay agad niya akong pinabalik sa loob.

"What? A simple black tee and jeans? Are you kidding me?"

Tumango ako sa sinabi niya, "you didn't tell me any dress code, so yes! A simple black t-shirt and jeans."

"Change into some dress! There's a dress code!"

Lumapit siya sa walk-in-closet ko at hinalughog iyon. Nang makakita siya ng fitted black dress, agad niyang ibinigay iyon sa akin.

"Also wear these heels!"

I immediately went to the bathroom to change my outfit. The outfit I have earlier was quite simple. Lumabas na ako sa bathroom at pagkatapos no'n ay isinuot na ang heels na gusto niyang ipasuot sa akin. This outfit is too formal and daring. My mom bought me this dress because she wants me to look matured.

"Okay na yan!"

Hinila niya ako palabas. Ngayon ko lang napansin na nakadress rin pala siya. Too formal.

Nagpahila ako sa kaniya kahit na hindi ko alam kung saan kami pupunta. Ni hindi pa ako nakakapagpaalam kina Mom and Dad. Kahit kina Manang na nakasalubong namin palabas. Para kasing nagmamadali itong si Eunice, hindi man lamang nagbigay respeto kay Manang.

"What's with the rush?" I asked when we got inside the car.

Tumitig siya sa akin na parang hindi makapaniwala sa sinabi ko. "Really? Anong nakain mo kagabi? Bakit parang nakalimot ka?" Sinenyasan niya si Manong na magsimula nang magdrive.

Shit! I almost forgot that today, the school will celebrate about the new building built by the Del Fuente's company. At kaya pinagpalit ako ni Eunice dahil kabilin-bilinan ng pinaka head ng school ay ganito ang susuotin. To stay formal, elegant and respectful.

"I don't believe in you!" Eunice exclaimed.

"I just forgot about it, sorry! People only," sagot ko.

The head of school assigned color to each sections. Our section was assigned to dress black. For girls, it's a dress and for boys, it's a long sleeves. They pay too much respect to the Del Fuente family. Kaya siguro ganito ang set up ng lahat. Pagkababa namin ng sasakyan ay agad akong hinila ni Eunice sa hall, at nakisama na sa mga kaklase namin. Our class president, Rina, is now haggard because she's the one who controls our section. She's also the one who carry the attendance sheet of our adviser.

We signed for it. Nauna si Eunice kaya kami lang dalawa ang naiwan.

"Xylia, can you please hold this attendance and let others sign it? I just need to find Ma'am. Also, I will retouch!"

Tumawa siya kaya tumawa rin ako. Kinuha ko sa kaniya 'yong attendance doon. Tinitignan ko lang ang mga kaklase kong masayang nagkwekwentuhan. Few months will pass, and we will take differrent path. 'Yong iba magi-stay sa school for senior high school, while others chose to be in other school. At ako? Hindi pa ako sure.
