Chapter 8

It had been a year since Ivy and Harley had bought you back home but after they bandaged your eye while you were asleep but you still haven't woke up.

*Why won't you wake up* Harley thought as she sat next to your bed waiting for you to wake before Ivy walks over to her. "He will be fine Harley go get some rest I'll watch him" Ivy tells her as Harley gets up and heads to her room to rest while Ivy sat next to you.

*[Fn] you need to wake up soon because this is hurting Harley too* Ivy thought as she began to fall asleep next to you.

Inside your mind

I find myself laying in a pool of a crimson liquid before standing up and begin looking around only to see nothing but the pitch black void before hearing a voice. "I have to say your not much of a vessel are you not strong, not fast just normal" the voice said as I look around but still see no one.

"Who are you, where are you and what is this place" I asked as I keep looking around only to see nothing until someone began to rise from the crimson liquid. As I looked at it closer I could see it's skin was scales, teeth sharp like a knife, eye glowing a burning red and horns sticking out of it's head.

"It's about time we got to meet after all I have always been here waiting in silence" the creature said with a wicked smile on it's face. "What are you?" I questioned as it looked at me before giving a laugh.

"Guess I never introduce myself did I my name is Pyrus Maxmus but you can call me Pyrus as for what I am well I'm a demon" Pyrus said as he I nod. "So if your a demon does that mean I'm dead and going to hell" I asked as Pyrus began to laugh at my question.

"No I have been with you since the day that guy Ricky I believe his name was gave you demon blood and no your not dead but I'm keeping you alive for now" Pyrus told me as I looked up to him and began to breath feel a sense of relief. "So what is it you want from me" I asked as he gave me a smile.

"What I want is freedom this place is a prison but if a demon takes control of a human then the demon will be free to walk the earth with all their power" Pyrus say as I understand what he meant. "So if you take my body you would be free from here" I asked as he nods before memories circle around us.

"I want to but after watching you grow from the day I was given to you I saw how this world has flaws and yet they also make it's strength it was beautiful" Pyrus told me as I nod with a smile on my face. "That is why I am going to make a deal with you if you let me fuse our souls together I can escape but in return I will give you my powers including my healing ability so how about it" Pyrus tells me as I thought about it.

"I want to but with my left I gone I'm not going to be able to fight like before" I told Pyrus as he thought up an idea. "In that case I will also give you a gift as a sign of our contract so please use my power well" Pyrus says as he clapped his hands together as a bright flash of white light filling the room.

Outside your mind

It was beginning to turn morning as Ivy walked out your room to wake Harley up but while Ivy and Harley were making breakfast until they hear footsteps coming from the stairs and turn round to see you standing up with a smile on your face. "[Fn] are you really awake" Harley asked as she walked closer before you look her in the eyes and kiss her forehead which makes her cry tears of joy.

"Harley look at me" you said as Harley looks up to your face before her eyes widen and Ivy sees why as they see that you have a new left eye but both of your eyes are bright red. "Your eye is" Harley says as you smile before kissing her and then sitting down.

"I spoke with my inner demon and we fused together and he gave me all of his power and a new eye but I'm the same person you fell in love with" you tell her as Harley hugs you before pulling back and you see tears in her eyes. "I know you are and I'm so happy your ok because I love you" Harley told you as you smile before you hug her tight and soon let Ivy join the hug before all 3 of you sit down for breakfast.

After breakfast you walk up stairs to your room and shut the door behind you to change while lost in thought. *How much longer can I go on like this Pyrus said he kept me alive so basically I have cheated death* you thought as you put on a new white top and black jeans before packing a bag and leaving a note and then leaving through a portal.

You had just left not noticing that Harley had seen you write the note and smiled as she walked away to inform Ivy. Meanwhile Ricky, Tommy and the Legion Of Doom were preparing to begin their plan.

"MY FRIENDS FOR TOO LONG HEROES HAVE STOOD IN OUR WAY BUT TODAY THE LEGION OF DOOM IS DEAD AND IN IT'S PLACE WILL BE US THE LEAGUE OF DEMONS" Ricky shouted as the former Legion Of Doom cheer. "DOWN WITH THE DARK KNIGHT, DEATH TO THE MAN OF STEEL AND TO THE FALL OF THE WORLD" Ricky shouts as they all cheer with smiles on their faces.
