After agreeing to joining Stolas for tea tomorrow, he said goodbye before he went on his own way. Leaving Alastor, Angel, Melinoe to ourselves. From the corner of my eye, I could see father staring at us from afar. His expression looked serious and concerned at the same time. He definitely had something to say not only to me, Alastor as well.

Father started walking over to us which caught the attention of Alastor to turn towards Lucifer. He was aware that father had something to say to us both. "Vox threaten Melinoe did he not?" Father questioned, looking directly at me, "Yes, he did... but I'll make sure he doesn't try anything." I replied looking over at my daughter. Seeing that she had fallen asleep in Alastor's arms.

"I would take his treat very seriously. Already dared to raise his hand at my granddaughter is something I won't allow. Best be taking it seriously." Father says looking at me first before looking at Alastor. "No harm will come to my daughter. I shall be taking care of Vox for threatening my little girl." Alastor replied. Judging from what Alastor was saying. It was clear he was already planning something.

"We'll be keeping an eye on her, father." I assured him, "Very well, take his treat seriously. Especially that extermination day is almost here now." Father said, before walking off to where mother was waiting for him. Mother gave me a quick smile before father and her left. "Like father said before. Take his treat seriously. Who knows what he could do." I thought to myself. Not wanting to think if he dared to lay a single hand on her.

"Dearest, I believe we best be on our way now as well." Alastor said, looking over at me, "I agree, but there is something I need to first." I said, turning towards him. "What would that be, my dear?" Alastor questioned, "In case something were to happen, I would like if Charlie knew about this." I replied as he nodded in agreement before looking down into his arms. Seeing that Melinoe was still fast asleep in his arms. "Then let's make our own way to the hotel."

"So let me get this straight," Charlie began, "Vox threaten to do something to Melinoe?" Charlie finished looking directly at Alastor and I, "That is correct, my dear. Threaten my daughter will lead to his demise.." Alastor snarled. "Yeah, that's what Vox threaten. He said that she'll be sorry." I said, shaking my head not wanting to think what would happened if he even laid a single hand on her.

Dare not I even think about it. It's already getting to me to think about it. "But as you guys told me before about what dad said, I'd listen to him. Now that we're only almost one day away from extermination day. Vox could try anything especially before the extermination or even after the extermination." Charlie said, "Just be cautious. We're here if you both need anything." Charlie assures.

"Thank you Charlie. I think Alastor and I will be keeping her around us at all times." I said, "Correct, my dear, we'll be keeping Melinoe with us at all times now." Alastor replied. Charlie nodded in response before sighing, "Speaking of this.. I suggest you two might wanna consider talking to Melinoe about this."
