A year and half has passed, the twins and Melinoe have grown since then. The twins Damien and Dorian being both three years old now. Melinoe on the other hand was now nine years old and getting taller by the day.

Neither less, everything has been going well. Sure, the kids may have some fights with each other about disagree about some things, but they all get along well. All there personalities have started showing now.

Damien was rather a more calm yet serious for his age. Always around Alastor, he would most likely follow after his father. Damien rarely smiled, instead just shown a calm diameter, yet he would occasion smile whenever he's mostly around loved ones.

Dorian was rather the complete opposite. Always keeping a smile on his smile face like his father. He was very similar to his older sister Melinoe, a sweetheart. Yet, can show his other side as well. A side he isn't afraid to show just like his sister.

Melinoe on the other hand still remained the same other then she was getting taller by the day, and learning how to control more of her powers. Yet, she still her side whenever in the presence of others she very much dislike.

She wasn't afraid to cuss anyone out as long as she wasn't in her father's presence or would either just raise her middle finger at them without hesitation. Melinoe very much was like (Y/N), and she wasn't gonna put anything either from anyone else.

Melinoe was like her father, felt absolutely nothing when taking someone's life, and like her mother as well, starting to show off her wrath in the presence of other's she disliked, and she wasn't afraid to use her own powers against them either.

Melinoe sat quietly in her room reading various different books she would find around the house or one's Alastor would give her whenever she was bored. She could be known as a bookworm because of her love of books, but she was rather curious about some things she read.

At the moment (Y/N) was out in a meeting with her grandfather, Alastor was downstairs with the twins keeping them busy which was very easy since they would get distracted by anything, and Melinoe just sat in her room finishing up some of the books she was reading.

Occasionally, Melinoe would set her books down just to give affection to her hellhound, who very much reminded loyal to protecting her for the past three years. Neither less, she would pick up her book right away after.

"Melinoe?" A knock from her door caught her attention, and turning towards the door she asked who it was, "It's Dorian! I just wanted to let you know mama is back from her meeting!" Her brother said before she responded, "I'll be down in a minute then to greet mommy just need finish something up real quick!"

Dorian mumbled a quick 'okay' before running off back to (Y/N). Melinoe set her book down before standing up and rushing out of her room and making her way downstairs with her hellhound trailing behind her.
