Chapter 11

This cannot be happened. It's only Tuesday, and I've just sat there in my bedroom with Laura and found out I was pregnant, with Casey's baby. Great. This is going to ruin everything in our relationship. You see, after the Xtra Factor last night, me and Casey went back to his house while his parents and Chet when to the pub, and yeah, we slept together.
"You've gotta tell him" Laura says
"Tell me what" Casey says walking into the room. We both panic and shove the 4 pregnancy sticks under my pillow. "That I love you so much" I say jumping up hugging him. "Ok, weird. I've gotta go do a load of interviews with the boys but I'll be back in a bit" he says kissing my forehead and walking out. Me and Laura don't say anything until we know we are alone. "That was so close" she says letting out a breath. I take out the tests and look at them all when I hear the door open.
"Peyton, I was wondering if.... what the hell is this" I hear, I look up to see Chet and instantly burst into tears. He rushes over to me and hugs me instantly.
"How did you even find out?" He asks letting go
"I was throwing up yesterday though out the day but I thought it was something I ate but then again this morning so I called Laura and she bought them for me and now they're all positive and Casey's gonna hate me because I'm far too young and so it he I mean come on. We're 19 and I'm pregnant. This wasn't my intention. This is gonna wreck everything for my job. Oh god. I've gotta go I've got work" I say grabbing my bag, phone and car keys running downstairs. I check myself in the mirror and wipe away my tears I war Laura and Chet behind me "Laura will you hide the tests please? I don't want him finding out" I say walking out the door with the pair of them following. Laura works in the corner shop next to my hair salon so I give her a lift there to work, and today is one of them days. She runs out with the tests in the box and puts them in my bag "I'll phone you in a bit yeah?" Chet says raising his eyebrows. "Yeah, love you" I say wiping another tear an reverse the car waving at him.

I arrive into work and see a women with a baby girl, it suddenly sends shivers down my spine instantly.
"Peyton, you're 12:45 is here" Kylie says smiling pointing to the lady with the baby. I hang my bag up and walk over to her rolling my sleeves up
"What are we having today then?" I ask her. She tells me she wants a cut and colour, bob in fact. We start having a conversation, I found out she's had her baby Millie 1 month ago, she said it's hard because she's only 21 and her baby's dad did a runner on her. I finish with her hair and she pays and leaves.

I'm in the middle of doing a 16 year olds hair for prom and it's going really bad, there's just this one piece of hair that I can't get to clip. I start to cry and Kylie excuses me and takes me round the back.
"Babe, what's wrong? You haven't been yourself today at all. You can tell me you know" she says rubbing my arm.
"Kylie I'm pregnant" I say sobbing hard.
"Peyton, come here" she says bringing me into a hug "how about, I give you your wages now and send you home yeah?" She says and I nod. I grab my bag and she gives me my wages I open the door but she says something. "I love you" and I say it back. I turn around and see Casey coming out of the corner shop. I try not to make myself notices but he catches me and runs over "hey, what's up?" He says wiping my eyes "nothing, I was doing someone's hair and it was going wrong and I got stressed" I say smiling. "How about we go home an watch loads of movies. Yeah?" I nod and we both drive home.

We both get changed and sit on the sofa. We put in Time Travellers wife and began to watch it. "Is your charger in your bag?" He says standing up
"Yeah" i reply my eyes still on the tv
"Peyton, what's this?" He says. I turn my head to see him holding the pregnancy test boxes.
"I umm.. I'm pregnant Casey. Before you say anything I didn't know how to tell you. I found out today. Chet walked in on me and Laura looking at them. So he knows. But please, don't leave me. I love you Casey I really do I didn't want this to happen and you know that"
He sits down next to me and puts his head in his hands and runs one through his hair. "How I don't understand. It was one time" he says looking at me. "I know, but it can happen" I say putting one of my legs over the other "don't do that" he says pointing at my legs "Why?" I say confused. "Stops the blood circulation." He mumbles and we smile at the same time.
