Chapter 11- The funeral

Claudia POV
The day I had to wake up for my brothers funeral was the worst.
It just reminded me he was really gone.
My brother.
I also remembered Callums gonna be there and Rayla plus there little baby Luna!
The coffin he was in was nice.
A dragon horn emblem on it and he was waring his armour.
His blonde hair was styled nicely and he
was holding his sword like a bunch of flowers the blade facing down though.
I cried.
Loads.
It was heart braking to know someone was truly gone.
When Callum started speaking he was tearin up.
"I knew Soren like a brother..He was sometimes—Actually very annoying."
That comment made me laugh Ezran snickered.
"But he died saving us..If your with us man I miss you.And don't worry I'll tell Luna about you when she's older."
He walked of and then Ezran walked on.
So on so forth.
I don't expect Rayla to say much seeing as she barely knew him..
She coughed into the mike.
"Now I known Soren for not that long..Around ten months and what everyone else has said it makes me think..Wow now my speech doesn't look that good."
Callum snickered at that and held Luna in his arms.
"Any How let me say what I've like just come up with."
She breathed in hard.
"Soren was a hard headed goof!But we all loved him.
The cheif of the royal guard and a brother to a elf lover girl.
He accepted people's flaws,and most of all accepted all of his past failures.
He died for a good cause.
And."
She started tearing up,her hands clenching her top.
"And I miss you..And everyone else does to. We all love you.. bye buddy."
She walked of the stage and ran to Callum crying on his shoulder minding not to squish lil' Luna.
It was now other people's turn.
Bla bla bla.
I only thought Ezrans,Callum's, Raylas and my boyfriends counted.
Tiger walked up and adjusted his tie.
For once his hair was tied up it was in a neat bun.
"I knew Soren for not very long I met him when I first went to the castle and then agian to see Luna.
We didn't really like each other all that much..
He wasn't Ok with me dating his sister at all until a few nights ago when..He helped me out..", he looked away his guilt filling I know I shouldn't but I wanted to hug him and tell him it's not his fault.
"From what I've heard he was a good person he didn't go down a dark path his father had laid for him and he stopped you."
He stared at me his eyes soft.
"You Claudia from going down the path.
And you didn't use dark magic until when we had to save Luna.
That was his help and your doing."
I felt so much love for him.
Tearing up.
"He told me lots about you. After that event..
Mostly how you where a kind loving person.
He said he was thankful that I turned out to be a good guy and we really connected and it's all gone..", he started crying.
We all sat there as he cried.
He wiped the tears of and coughed into his hand,"And I even helped him out with his poetry.
I even got to read some they where...Alright."
He took out a slip of paper from his pocket.
He opened it up.
"Magic muscles.
By Soren."
How did he get hold of that one was Sorens favourite he never finished it.
"Trust is Trust.
Stuff them in sacks not a solution.
Dragon horns and baby dragon.
Dragon prince.
My princess sister.
The crescent moon shines the truth even if it the dark side.
Bad made good. Good made right.
Magic muscles are not needed when love is all I've needed.."
I felt tears fall down my face.
It was so bad but it was written by my own brother.
"That's it.And he must've finished it after our little fight after we connected and before he died."
He left the stage crying holding onto the poem for dear life and walked to me I hugged him.
I guess it was my turn.
I kissed him and then walked on the stage.
I had write what I would say but I think I might change it.
"Soren.
He was a good brother and a great friend.
Yes.
He did help me not go down on a dark path my father gave me.
Dark magic was my thing but it's not now.
Soren was there when I needed him and he still is.
I miss you bro.
And you will never be truly gone.
I love how understanding you where..How hard core how..",I felt the tears well up in my eyes,"How you let me and Tiger happen. how you where a big brother to everyone else,how you always looked on the bright side of life.
Bye.You'll truly be remembered.",I left the stage feeling that he as smiling clapping at me from his next life.Bye Soren.My doof.

Tiger I believe has gotten better and i would love if you guys would comment if you want his back story!
I've started writing it and it's really good.
It will explain some things that have happened and this book still goes on for another 17 chapters so..
