Chapter 16- The ball

Zyms POV
I was surprised when Tiger me a fire message.
A ball..Maybe.. I guess.. I sighed and pushed the desk away from me.
"They have another kid.",I said to myself and stroked my growing beard.
"Rayla said she'd pay but I can't do that to her..", I sighed and my chief adviser walked in.
"Your majesty?", She asked I turned to the star touched elf.
"Agretha.. I'm having a bit of trouble.", I sighed and she looked at me a blush spread across her cheeks.
"Oh..Uh how can I help.", She asked I looked down at my tail which I had wrapped around a chair.
I don't have feelings for her.. I don't seem to click with anyone..And I need a queen I can't rule alone I could but I'm lonely.. I miss them.. Rayla Callum..But.. I can't just let them here for that..
"I-My ur..", what do I call tiger infront of others?
"Head guard wants a.. Uh.. Ball.. And I want the hall set up quickly.. Oh and make sure to give them the message of this Agretha.", I said and she nodded and clicked her fingers sending the message.
"Any news on any queens?", I asked her she shook her head although a part of me could see a blush on her purple cheeks.
She exited my room and I sighed and looked at my tail.
"Your a dragon Zym.. You'll find a queen..Doesn't matter the species..Right..", I sighed and clenched my fist into a ball lightning coming out of it.
"Mother. That witch making Xadients shamed.", I snapped at the thought of my mother Zubeia.
Then I started to remember about growing up.. Her.. Arms around me.. Telling me nursery rhymes..
A small smile spread across my lips.
"Bye mums rules."

No ones PoV
As expected Zym did send a portal.
When they entered it there normal camping clothes turned into amazing dresses and a suit for Tiger.
Ash was waring a mini suit and his cute black hair had been styled.
"Magic.",Rayla gushed.
Claudia gasped looking at the beautiful thing she was waring.
Claudias dress was a black diamond dress.
Really expensive high heels and her face had dark purple eye liner and black lipstick.
Her black hair had miraculously grown longer and it was down her right shoulder all curly and pretty.
"I look..",She gushed hardly believing her look.
"Like your on a date perhaps?",Zym smiled,(in his human/dragon form),He was waring a suit with a blue bow tie and his white scruffy hair had been combed so it was neat looking.
His horns polished.
One on the top of his head and another two on the sides.
His crown sat on his head his top horn between it.His skin was his light dragon blue and he had long fangs when he grinned.
His eyes where there green and yellow and he had freckles(dark blue) under them.
Rayla was admiring her amazing dress.
Rayla then ran up and hugged Zym,"It's been at least three years!",He chuckled hugging back.
"I heard about Manny is he really another Xadient."
Rayla nodded,"So's Lil ash.. Soren."
Zym took of the hug and made way over to other guests.
Cayla and him started talking.
Rayla and them all chuckled staring at them from across the hall.
Cayla came over to them.
"Ya knows he's a really good guy."
They all started laughing.

Callum POV
I woke up and remembered what had happened.
I got up and walked out of this unfamiliar room to mine.
"Callum your...",That was Ez he was Atleast had a few bruises on his face.
"What happened?",I asked styling my hair with my fingers.
"Luna is pretty good at fighting.",he chuckled rubbing the back of his neck.
"Rayla where is she?",I asked seeing as we did have an argument.
But the look Ezran gave me said it all.
"She ran away."
I felt like a wrecking ball had hit my heart.
"She tried to bring Luna with her but..",He added away from me,"She lost grip..".
I tried to hold back the tears.
"Have any clue where she'd be?",He asked I shook my head.
Then I remembered.
"Tiger and Claudias.."
No PoV
Raylas dress was red,silky sexy red,diamonds on the top part and the bottom of the dress faded into a dark red.
It was layered so it would have the see through cloth have on the bottoms of the dress aswell.
Her hair was in a pony tail and on her head a small hair piece,a crown with Ruby's on.
She had red lipstick on and only one strap on her shoulder a kinda seethrough flower on it.
"Wow these must've been expensive?!",Rayla gushed looking down at the red high heels she had on.
Zym chuckled.
"Yes very..But I am magical so..",An elf said Rayla turned around to find out who had said it.
"I'm the dress maker/Zyms personal craftman I am very sorry about little Luna..The queen was evil.",He smiled.
Rayla smiled back a fake one.
She wants true best around posh elf's.
"Where are my manners I'm hermour.",He smiled and grabbed Raylas hand and kissed it lightly Rayla smiled to him but when he left the smile faded. She rubbed her hand with a cloth and turned to Claudia.
"He was not my type..anyway I still love Callum.",She told Claudia afterwards.
She nodded.
"Any way Tiger wanna dance?",She slyly asked biting her lip all flirty.
His face turned red.
He nodded and she grabbed his hand and led him to the dance floor.
Rayla sat near Ash/Soren who was in a crib with one other baby.
It was a little girl elf and she had little horns and her skin was a dark brown.
"Sun elf.",Rayla whispered to her self she then took her hair out and puffed it out with her hands.
Th ball room was massive.A huge dance floor a large banquet and a massive number of guests.
Some Rayla didn't even know of.
"Rayla!",Cayla gushed running over.
"Drink?",She asked Rayla nodded.
They both got up and made it to the Banquet.
Rayla had one drink.
A slow song started and Tiger put his hand on Claudias face.
"Your my one and only.",He whispered.
Claudia put her hand on his back and he put his other on her waist.
The song Carried on.
Rayla smiled softly.
"I wish Callum was here..",She whispered grabbing the flower on her dress.
She tried not to cry...
"Dance?",She looked up from the dance floor.
"Sure.",Cayla grabbed Zyms hand and they went to dance.
He put her hands in the potitions and they both danced.
"Who are you?!.",He whispered to her as they spun around her dress flowing.
"I'm Cayla."
"What age are you again?",Cayla smiled asking as he looked like an adult.
"12, years old."
She snickered.
"No...Wait really?!",She chuckled he noddedz
"Dragon age works differently..",He sighed.
"1 year equals 2 in dragon.",Zym added Cayla nodded to this as the song ended they turned and everyone gasped.
Cayla let go of his hand and made her way back to Rayla.
"What?I would never get my chance to dance with royalty again!",She snapped grabbing her drink and downing it.
Rayla snickered."It looked like you guys where a couple.."
Cayla grinned.
"Ok then."
Rayla laughed and filled up another cup.
"Zym?",She asked him as he was getting a drink for himself,"How did you gain control of the kingdom?",He drank his drink down and sighed.
"After the battle with my mother,I banished her to the out of Xadia country.
She told me I would fail.The cheif guard Tiger took care of him..Tiger I promoted he still is the royal guard-head I made him.
I soon realised I was starting to feel lonely Atleast on the border I had you and Tiger with me then some new guys.I made a decision I would need a queen..So..I'm looking for one.",He smiled spinning the ice cubes round it the glass.
"Not just marriage though.I would do it for love no matter the species."
Rayla felt a little bit better.
Zyms story's was heart warming.
Rayla was about to finish her second glass when this happened.
"Claudia.",Tiger smiled he was on one knee.
Rayla spat her drink out.
"Tiger.",Claudia gasped her eyes tearing up.
"Will you marry me..?"
Rayla let go of her drink everything went by in slow motion the glass shattered as it hit the floor Rayla looked at them and then looked at Claudia who was so happy she was crying tears of joy.
"Yes!",Claudia gushed hugging Tiger.
"Congrats!",Cayla cheered and ran over to Claudia hugging her.
"Congrats dude!",Zym hugged Tiger.
Raylas head span round.
Tiger had just proposed to Claudia.
"Rayla?",Claudia asked walking over Rayla fell back onto the table.
"I just wanna get back..",Rayla fake smiled Claudia smiled back.
"Can you just bring ash back?",Claudia asked picking up ash Rayla nodded grasping on to the baby.
How much she was jealous she couldn't believe.. how sad she was spun her head around.
And that was what she couldn't figure out.
-7 days later-
Rayla POV
"Thank you for letting me be your best lady!",Cayla gushed hugging Claudia.
I scoffed.
"And you Rayla!I'll hug you!",Cayla smiled hugging me aswell.
"I know don't squeeze me!",I chuckled she let go.
"Your not pregnant again?!"
I laughed.
"No!of course not I just don't want you squeezing me that's all!",I snapped she sighed afterwards.
"Ok,Hows that baby you had.",That caught me off guard.
"Mannys fine."
"Manny?!",She snapped loosing her breath in shock,"You had another one?!".
I nodded.
"Lunas 9 now so adorable.",l added realising she was asking about her.
Claudia smirked got up and went into the garden looking for Tiger.
"How's you?",I asked seeing as I knew nothing about Cayla any more.
"I'm good.Anyway how's hotty Callum.",she smirked I sighed.
"We fought so that's why I'm here.",she looked away,"Sorry I mentioned him."
I chuckled,"It's fine I'll be heading back soon any way."
I lied about that..I'm still not sure when I'll return.
"Talking about me now nothing's really happened other than I'm still single and I own my own farm now.",she smiled at me her black hair waving in the draft.
"Cool..Me?Nothing..I just mother Manny and teach Luna how to fight."
"I did leave something else out I think I'm in love with Zym.", She said and blushed straight after.
"Rayla I'm scared..I don't want feelings for a dragon!",She snapped and brang her knees close to her face.
"Don't be except your—"
And just before I could answer The kitchen door opened dramatically and Callum was standing there looked like he had been travelling for days.
"Callum?",I asked.
Cayla turned around mouth wide open in shock.
Callum fainted and landed on the floor.
"Ahh!",Cayla screamed as she got up and ran out the house.
I sat down and out his head on my lap.
I started sobbing.
"Callum I'm so sorry.",I cried I hugged him tight.
"I shouldn't have put my anger out on you..I got scared so I ran.",I cried even more squeezing him.
"Wake up!",I screamed at him,"Wake up!"
"What's going on here?",That was Claudia.
"It's Callum..",Cayla added I cried.
"It's my fault!"
Tiger shook his head softly,chuckling.
"He's probably dehydrated..I'll go fetch some water.",He then got a bowl and went through the back door.
"No Callum you mean to much to me..Wake up Callum!",I sobbed shaking him.
"I love you!"
