I was in my dressing just about to go on for a show, it's been a good month and Toni's doing better than what we thought. She was able to play again which meant the world to her, but kind of hurt me because it only seemed like she needed me when she down now she rarely speaks to me. When I call I rarely get a answer, what happened to all that shit she was telling me a bunch of lies I guess.

"Janet you're on!"

"Thanks." I took the mic heading out, I seen my mom and sisters standing there I smiled before starting

I continued singing shaking hands with some of the audience when I seen Toni standing right there with a big bouquet of flowers. She took one out handed it to me and kissing my hand, I smiled as she smiled back.

Finishing up the small show, I went back to my dressing room as my mom and sisters were in there talking about how good I sounded.

"Janet Baby, I never heard you sing that song like that." My momma said taking a seat

"Yea dunk, who were you singing about? Rene again?" Latoya stood by the door as rebbie brought up a ex

"You talking about Taco Bell boy, J I thought we were over this." Latoya folded her arms shaking her head.

"No rebbie not Rene, toys don't listen to her."

"All I wanna know is who is this person that you stayed two weeks with."

"It was a girl I met one night at the park, she just came back from therapy because of her acl surgery. I was just helping out."

"Mhm."

"We hear you." I sat on momma laying my head on her shoulder.

"Janet get off my momma."

"But I'm the baby, right momma. Tell em I can sit here." She shook her head smiling rocking me back and forth like she did when I was little.

"That's her problem, you babied her too much."

"I betcha this baby a kick yo ass since she babies me too much." My momma pinched my cheek
