Ive been told of my worth,
Every single day
Put down and shut out,
Without a single say
Maybe it's because I try to be myself,
Cause why would I wanna be someone else
Don't you see now,
I never really cared
Crying ain't something I've got some time to spare.
I've come to understand,
Not to care what others think
Why should I care,
When I'm happy just being me
I've made a few friends,
Who've made me believe
That being someone else,
Is never worth it man
I understand now,
I'm happy to be me
Just not caring,
About what you think of me
Why should I care,
When I'm proud of being me
Cause I finally understand,
I'm worth more being me
