The same night ..
While I'm sitting here, I decide to call carmella since she was injured because of her wrist from last week . She tells me she's on her way as I send her the address and wait as rhe tv goes on commercial. I get up and put my bowl in the sink and wash my hands . As I dry them off I hear the doorbell ring . I look through the window beside the door and see carmella . I open the door "Heyy bestiee!" I say as we hug . She walks in . "Heyy luv !" She smiles at me and stares at the house . "Kj, you did this all by yourself!?" She ask me with a glow in her eyes as she walks into the kitchen admiring it . "Yep. Been doing this since this morning " i weakly smile as I'm leaning on the island . "Hey ... Seth wasn't here was he ..?" . "No . No he wasn't but it's okay , he had work and went to the gym ." I say and go to the fridge . " now . Let's pop these bottles , shall we?!" I say as I pull out wine . "Yess !" She says as she finds the wine glasses and I pour us some wine . "Oh . Do you have a speaker ?" She ask me . "Yea let me get it " I say as I run upstairs and grab it out of the drawer and run back downstairs. After 5 minutes of trying to get it to connect to one of our phones , once it connects I click a random playlist and it plays "twerk" by city girls and Cardi b . Of course we had to post it on our insta story's . We continue dancing and having fun . After 30 minutes we go to the living room and play some Jhené Aiko on a low volume and sit down still drinking wine .
"Can I tell you something mell?" I ask as I start playing with my fingers . She grabs my hand and rubs it . "Of course Kay. What's up"? I take a deep breath . "A while ago , I thought about leaving wwe .." I tell her . "Everything was just going so wrong and I couldn't handle it . I don't know , it's just nobody knew so I had to tell somebody." I say as I dab my eyes . " hey ,It's okay. You were going through a lot at the time . But you have a say in whatever you wanna do" she gently smiles at me . I hug her and tell her I love her . " okay . So you and Corey ? Okay girl !!" I say as I high five her sticking my tongue out and she does the same . "I really like him . For real, but it's never easy being with someone that has already been married and have kids . Buts if it's him ... it's worth it" she tells me as I smile . "Awww. My bestfriend is in love !" . We laugh and continue to talk for a little and then say goodbye to each other as she leaves .
I go to the living room and pick up the wine glasses and plates from the table and start washing them . As I'm washing , I hear the door open . "Oh ... my .. god .. !" I hear as I turn around and see Seth . He turns around and looks at me . "Baby you did this ..!? All of this ?" He ask me . " Yep ."
"Even the upstairs. The closets . The bathrooms . The game room. The movie room. The laundry . The groceries. Anything you can think of ." I say as I turn back around and finish washing the dishes even tho there's a dishwasher. I feel Seth come behind me . " thank you , for everything my love . For the house , and decorating and putting it all together . Go get some rest and I'll finish these up okay ?" He tells me . I turn around and hug him as I let out a breath that I didn't know I was even holding in . "Ok" I say . "Go and sleep . I love you mamas " he says and kisses my head . I walk by the door and lock it and close all the curtains and put our keys on the hooks and walked up the big stairs and go to our room and take off my sweat shirt and put it in the dirty clothes basket leaving me in my black sports bra . I turn on the air so it could be cold at night. As I get under the covers , I get a text from mella and Sonya . Basically saying goodnight and they love me .
I texted them back and texted my dad telling him goodnight and I miss him and love him . I put my phone down and get comfortable and fall fast Asleep . After 15 minutes I feel a dip in the bed and I know it's Seth . He gets under the covers and turns off his side light and pulls me next to him so my head is oh his bare chest as he plays with my hair . " goodnight . Thank you for this , I love you ms . Rollins ".
" I love you more " I say back tiredly as we both fall fast asleep .
