All-Star Weekend was upon them, and all of NBA royalty had flooded Los Angeles for this annual occasion. This weekend also meant Devyn and Asa's wedding was just a day away. Once Devyn played in his third All-Star game for the East, vying to win the first ever Kobe Bryant MVP Award on Sunday, he and his the wife will jet-set to Bali for their honeymoon.
After the celebrity basketball game, Giselle and her soon to be sister-in-law as well as members of the bachelorette party and Gee's close girlfriends gathered at a near by hotel to dress for their private party at Jarvis's club. The day of the wedding Jarvis would hang back for the grand opening for the cigar bar which would also be a party thrown by Snoop Dogg.
Since the split and possible ending of her marriage, Giselle had not spoken to Jarvis in person. All business was handled through KJ or over the phone, and when he tried to get personal she immediately ended the call. She even went as far as having her cousin draw up documents stating that after this weekend she would sever all business ties with him.
It saddened her that they could not coexist as friends the way she strived for, but too much has happened. Plus her cousin was right. She didn't need the extra business. She could take at least five years off and be good and that's just with her earnings for the past year, her savings was also set.
"So Gee! How you feeling about seeing Mr. Homewrecker?" Scottie asked referring to Jarvis. Giselle rolled her eyes as she adjusted her gold dress.

"He didn't cause this! And I'm not sure, just don't want anymore people to get the wrong idea. Again!" She spoke truthfully.
"If you would've listened to me, I told you letting him back around was a bad idea." Scottie scoffed.
"Can we not do this tonight!? This night ain't even about me. Asa should be the only topic of conversation tonight." Giselle scoffed as Asa sighed still getting ready.
"Whose to say your fake ain't the cause of this? You did leak the pictures of Jordan holding his exes baby on your show. Your life that trash you gotta exploit ya friends friends?" Chloe snapped.
