Ash Pisses Off Neuro

Ash was outside, enjoying the nice, summer breeze rolling off the ocean.  He was currently sitting on the docks, admiring the mighty sailboats and fishing boats docked within the harbor.  One day, he wanted to own one and sail all around Ninjago, finding uncharted islands and fighting pirates.  Yeah, that would be awesome.

A loud horn from one of the ships snapped Ash out of his daydreams.  Shaking his head, he tried to go back into his dream of being Captain Ash of the mighty Smokescreen ship, but a flash of grey, black, and white caught his eye.

Upon closer inspection, he recognized Neuro.  Ash would of left the Mind Master alone, but he noticed the Neuro was by himself and was constantly looking over his shoulder.

He's nervous, Ash thought, probably not wanting to be followed.  But why?

Curiosity peaked, Ash got up from the dock.  Using his powers, he turned to smoke and let the breeze drift him closer to Neuro.  Reforming, he bolted behind a barrel and looked over the top to check Neuro's position.

Neuro was roughly 150 feet ahead of him and hadn't noticed the Smoke Master's presence.  Neuro kept going, with Ash following.

Ash followed Neuro to a Waffle House located seven blocks from the docks.  Neuro entered the place and Ash was forced to wait a few minutes before following.  Neuro sat on the right side of the restaurant, in a booth, and Ash sat in a corner on the left side, a little ways behind Neuro so the Master of Mind wouldn't see him.

Neuro looked around.  Ash ducked out of Neuro's line of sight.  Is he waiting for someone? Ash thought, confused.

A second later, Ash saw Kai enter the Waffle House.  Why is he here? Ash questioned.  He watched as Kai walked towards Neuro.  Neuro smiled warmly at the Fire Master.  Kai smiled back and gave Neuro a quick kiss on the cheek before sitting down across from Neuro.

Realization hit Ash like a brick. Holy shit! Are Neuro and Kai DATING? he screamed internally.  He took out his phone and, using the camera, zoomed in on the two Masters.  Snapping a picture, he quickly added all the Masters to a group chat and sent the photo.

Ash: *Picture of Kai and Neuro* I saw Kai kiss Neuro.  Think they are dating?

Turner: OH MY--AND I WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR HIM?

Ash: Turner, what?

Chamille: Turner had a crush on Neuro since the Tournament, but when he asked Neuro out, Neuro turned him down.  He's still upset.

Pale: Yeah.  I think they are.  I overheard Kai on the phone awhile ago planning to meet up with Neuro sometime.

Tox: When was this?

Pale: When I pranked the Ninja.

Turner: Did you record it?

Pale: no ;-; I should of.

Ash: I still can't believe they are dating.  They are bi-polar opposites.  What does Neuro see in him?

Gravis: We are confronting Neuro about this, right?

Tox: Like, duh.

Neuro: No need.  I already know.  Ash, I see you and you're so fucking dead.  

Ash's head snapped up.  Neuro was glaring at him from across the restaurant.  Kai was glaring, too.  Neuro had probably showed Kai the group chat.

Ash swallowed and bolted outside the Waffle House.  He ran towards the docks, hoping to lose Neuro.  He looked behind him to make sure Neuro or Kai was following.  Seeing nothing, he turned forward again.
