Chap. 11: I'm Just Getting Started

        Ever since Riley embarrassed Molly at breakfast, the blue eyed blonde had disappeared into her room and hadn't come out. Paige took her meals and tried to cheer her up but there was no use. Riley's face bruised, resulting in an angry Alex. He assumed one of the other men had hit her, but Elle and Jaelynn assured him Molly lost it and hit the tall, beautiful brunette.

Elle finally got both Jaelynn and Riley to take her on a tour of the headquarters. They showed her the basics first. The kitchen and dining rooms, the dorms, the laundry room, the shower room, the TV room. Elle became aggrieved and told them that she already knew about those places. Both girls shrugs it off and continued the tour.

The Snake Kings headquarters, Elle realizes, is a warehouse building. The two girls show her the garage, the utility closet, and the hallway that leads to Ira's office. The girls continue on until they stumble onto the gym room.

"And here is the workout room." Riley smirks, wincing from her bruise. "None of us girls have any use for it."

"Yeah, cause it reeks of testosterone in there." Jaelynn giggles, her eyes squinting as she grins wide.

Elle looks inside the room to see many of the members of the gang working out. The blonde's brown eyes catch a sight of Brody boxing with the bald black man with a goatee. She bites her lips at the sight of his sweaty, toned, bare skin. He dodges a punch, his fist smacking the other man's jaw. Elle flinches at the sight. A smirk appears of her angelic face as she suddenly gets an idea.

"I'll be back." Elle steps inside the gym room.

Riley and Jaelynn begin to grab her arms but Elle is too quick for them.

"It stinks like a man in there!" Riley calls after her.

"Yeah, and not the good kind!" Jaelynn adds.

Elle marches over to Brody and the man whose name she had learned is Happy. The other men all stop their workout to stare at her. Happy nods in the blonde's direction.

"I'm not falling for that trick again." Brody laughs roughly, his bloody mouth smug.

Elle stops a few feet away from Brody, putting her hands on her hips. She taps her foot, loudly. Brody hears the sound , looking around at the other men whose eyes are focused on something near him. He slowly turns around to see Elle standing there impatiently.

Brody's brows arch. "The fuck you doing in here?"

"You told me I needed to watch my back." Elle crosses her skinny arms, her plump lips pouting. "So teach me how to fight."

Happy bites his lip to stop from laughing out loud. The other men snicker at her. Brody smirks along with them, nodding.

"A scrawny thing like you?" Brody looks her up and down, "Why would I even bother?"

"You told Ira you'd take care of me." Elle simply reminds him, a devilish smirk on her face.

Happy laughs at her words. "You're something else, aren't you Kid?"

Brody rolls his eyes at him. He puts his ha as on his hips, thinking it over. He looks to Elle, who continues to tap her foot.

"Okay." Brody nods, "Fist up."

The men are gathered around in a circle. Jaelynn sits on Jake's lap as Riley is held in Alex's arms. Elle's small body gets tossed to the floor once again. The men cheer.

"Want to give up? No shame if you do." Brody smirks smugly.

Elle looks up at him annoyed, her brows furrowed. "Why? I'm just getting started."

Elle's confidence strikes the men once again. It had been 40 minutes and the little blonde continues to fight Brody, even when she is thrown to the floor. Most don't like the idea of a girl taking part in a man's place in their gym room.

But what is the most unsettling for most of the men is that it has encouraged the other girls as well. Jaelynn play fights with Jake, who takes it easy on her. Alex refuses for Riley to participate in a "man's activity"

Ezra, who had slept in, was woken up by the sound of loud cheers in the gym room. He walks into the gym room with fiery eyes. The dark skinned man arches his brow and goes to the crowd, pushing his way through. When he sees Brody fighting with Elle, anger fills him.

"You have got to be kidding me." Ezra shakes his head angrily.

The dark skinned man turns and storms out of the gym room with fire burning in his eyes. Ezra marches towards Ira's office.

Hey readers! What did you think of this chapter? What do you hope for in future chapters? I know I said I had everything for my OTHER story but I don't have the beginning quiet yet so it will be a while. I know what I want out of the new story but I just have to find a staring point.
