"well, he is their soldier! They won't kill him." I say but they just didn't respond. "Why are you so quiet? What do you know that I don't?" I ask "the punishment that Erick got is the not that bad compared to other punishments the other soldiers get" Mel says "the put Richard in the insolation room, he was inside a bath full of ice for three days. I am sure he'd rather get whipped" Mel says.
"so let me get this straight. Mel is Richard's 'soul mate', Tef is Zabdiel's and Layla is Christopher's mate" I say. "yes... Because Um... Mar is gone, they are going to try to get new soul mate for joel. She was supposed to be his soul mate. And you are Ericks" Layla says "but she is too young for joel." I say "but they don't care about ages, if the boss put his devilish eyes on you, you belong to those boys..." Mel says.
Someone knocked on the door. "yes?" Mel says. It was Richard. "We are about to leave. Take all of your stuff girls" he says. "wait where are we going?" I ask. "home" he says and laughs ״i thought this is the home- I mean house" I say "no, we don't leave here. We come here when we accept new girls. Just in case someone is following us or just incase those girls escape and go to the police and we might be exposed." he explains. "well then. I'll go to check on Erick." I say and richard immediately blocks the door "what is it? What is wrong with you!!" I say, try to move them out of the way. "move richard!" I say "I'm sorry I can't," he says "a second ago you said we need to take all of our stuff because we are leaving!" I say. None of that makes sense I don't get it!!.
I hear a growl. "what was that? Did you hear that?" I ask and everybody didn't respond. " I am done. I am sick of you hiding stuff from me. The fact that I'm not trying to escape surprises me anyway! What is going on with you??" I ask one more time but they stay quiet.
Chris comes to us "we need to go" he says. "I'm not fucking moving before you tell me what the fuck is going on!!" I yell. They all keep quiet. "screw you all!" I say and I run out, pushing Richard and Christopher out of the way. I go to my room and Erick wasn't there. I lean on the door so nobody can come in. Somebody knocks on the door. "Azul it's me, can you open up por favor?" He asks "no." I say trying to resist the desire to open the door for him. "Please?" he asks again. Its just Erick, what can he possibly do... I open the door slowly just to make sure there isn't anybody else but him. he walks into the room and laughs. "what?" I ask "you are really cute when you're worried," he says. "do not sweet-talk at me. I'm still mad at you for lying to me" I say and he laughs "I am not lying, but I cannot tell you I'm super honest with you either. I have orde-" "I don't give a fuck about your orders!!" I cut him off.
"Azul listen to me-" "getaway. I don't wanna talk." I say and I push him away. He whines in pain. "shit! I'm so sorry I forgot about that! It was by accident I'm so sorry" I say and stroke his back gently. "Estoy Bien, Bonita" he says and walks slower to not get hurt again. "I'm such a bitch, you didn't want to punish me and you got it instead, and now I'm acting so badly to you" I say and I hug him gently. "I forgive you, it's okay" he says.
"come on kids!!! We need to go. You will have a better room at home let's go" Richard says and laughs at us. I put Erick's arm over my head and my shoulder and I help him walk. Poor thing... We get in the car and suddenly Erick looks normal. He is walking normally and acting normally... I'm so confused, literally a second ago I was helping him to talk cause he was in pain.
"Hey Erick, who are we waiting for?" I ask and he looks at me smiling. "Tef and Zabdiel, mi amor" he answers. I want to try something a bit cruel but he'll be fine... isn't he?.
I put my hand on his back. He just turns to me "yes amor?" he asks. To be honest, it doesn't bother me that he is calling me that. I just wish he would've told me the truth cause he is hiding from me and I am sick of it. You kidnapped me AND you're hiding from me? Hell no.
