User can make others statues
Pros:
-user has stone like skin
-user can make the change slow or quick
-user can change position of a target when they are statutes
-targets can only be broken by the user
Cons:
-targets are still alive
-statue material will break over time
-user is likely to do this by accident when sleeping or emotional
-user is the only one who can turn statues back to normal
Weakness: skin changing quirks
The statue effect will be dispatched if this type of quirk is active when the user makes them statues. The quirk will make the target return to normal
