-user can user crystals as power sources or sensors
-user can make crystal structures
-user controls the colour and shape of crystals
Cons:
-user will bleed easily when growing crystals from their body
-user can't dictate what the crystals do
-user loses control when tired
-crystals is more likely to grow from around them
Weakness: overuse
User will grow crystals spikes all over their body with more overuse
