Pros:
-user is immune to storm based attacks
-user can change shape of storm
-user controls storm and lightning/rain
-storm is not produced from user
Cons:
-user must use special techniques
-user must gain strength to use the storm properly
Weakness: strong emotions
User will lose control the storm and harm others
