Pros:
-user can send people back in time
-user can show illusions of future
-user can look like a statue
-user canove when not being looked at
-user is VERY fast - almost finished the speed of light
Cons:
-user may be seen as creepy
-user will cause a never ending loop
-user may only show illusion of one target
-user will be still when looked at
Weakness: staring
User will be unable to move and stuck where they are
