User can change the moon to a blood moon

-user can activate blood lust in people
-user is in control of those they effect
-user is not effected
-user can do this during the day
-moon is not instant
Cons:
-user is likely to be manipulative of others
-user must control those affected
-user can't make moon appear quickly
Weakness: blood
User will be more likely to make moon appear
