Pros:
-user can avoid obstacles
-user can stop shiny things from far away
-user can overwhelm enemies
-user doesn't need all birds to be alive to reform
-user heals quickly when changing from/reforming
Cons:
-user doesn't change with clothes
-user is likely to steal shiny objects
-user weakens with each bird hurt
-user can only heal this way
Weakness: overuse
User becomes a large magpie with overuse and quirk is uneffective
