Chapter 16

Y/N POV  
I woke up and saw Jack laying next to me asleep. I got up with a struggle due to my large belly and Jack's grip on me. I eventually got up and went to use the bathroom since I have to go all the dang time now. I was washing my hands when I heard Jack get up. I left the bathroom and when I got to the bedroom, I saw that he was no longer there. I panicked and went as fast as I could down the stairs, which wasn't very fast. When I got downstairs I smelled food and walked to the kitchen. There I saw Jack in an apron cooking what I presume to be pancakes. They smelled really good. 

"Good morning (Y/N)." Jack said. 

"Good morning." I greeted him back. 

"How'd you sleep?" 

"Fine sine you're here. It's been rough trying to do a lot of things. Hell, walking is hard too!" I say chuckling at the end. "How did you sleep?" 

"I slept way better than I have in a long while." 

"I'm glad I could help." I say smiling. 

E.J.'s POV 

I looked up and saw (Y/N) smiling her beautiful smile that I've missed so much. I smiled back and replied "yeah, me too." 

She sat down at the table as I was finishing her pancakes. I turned everything off and put her plate together. I set her plate in front of her and started doing the dishes. When I was done, I looked back to see that she was already mostly done with them. I chuckled and she looked up with some pancake on the side of her mouth. 

"What?" She asked. 

"You sure wolfed those down babe." 

"Well yeah! I'm feeding for two now! Plus I've really missed your cooking." I heard a ding and (Y/N) gets up putting her plate in the dish washer and grabbing her phone from the island. She giggles and I walk over to her to see what's she's giggling about. When I get behind her, I see that Sally is making a silly face in a picture she took with Jeff and Ben playing video games and Jeff visibly angry. She asked for us to come over since she misses us. (Y/N) turns around and looks at me with a smile. 

"Can we go over to the mansion? Pleeeeaaaaaaaaassssssssse?" She asks me like a child and with puppy eyes. 

"I guess so." I say with fake disappointment. 

"Yaaaaaaayyyyy!! I'm going to go change then!" I see her race as fast as she can up the stair s and hear the bedroom door close. I shake my head and chuckle. 

Y/N POV 

I got to the room panting and going through my drawers. I took out (F/C) sweater and black leggings since I don't fit in jeans. I took also wore (F/A) socks and blacks shoes. I went back downstairs and said that I was ready to head out. 

~Time skip~

I was laying on the couch next to E.J. and navigating Sally's hand around my belly wherever the baby was kicking. E.J and BEN were talking as I was doing this. I wasn't paying attention since I was giving all my attention to Sally. That was until BEN and Jack starting getting louder and louder. Sally and I looked over to see both of them standing and getting real close to each other. I told Sally to go upstairs and to play with her toys while I dealt with them. When she got upstairs, I walked up to them only to be knocked over by the force of BEN knocking into me to try and hold Jack down on the floor. I fell with a thud and E.J. looked at me with a worried glance and threw BEN off of him. He picked me up bridal style and walked up the stairs to his bedroom. He set me on his bed and keeled in front of me. 

"Are you okay?" He asked, concern laced in his voice. 

"Yeah. I just fell on my back." 

"Is the baby okay?" He asked lifting my sweater and checking for bruises. 

"Like I said Jack, I fell on my back so the baby is fine." I said reassuring him. He pulled my sweater back down. 

"I am so so so so so sorry (Y/N)! Please forgive me!!" He said clasping his hands together in a pleading movement. 

"I'll forgive you if you tell me what that was all about." 

(Y/N) POV 

He sighed, moving his hands down and said, "BEN said that I would make a terrible father because of my face. He said that it would make the baby cry because of how hideous I am." He finished with a couple black tears running down his face. and looking away from me.

I considered what he said and was appalled. I moved his face to look at me and wiped his tears away. Kissing his cheek I said, "That is definitely not the case. He's dumb because our kid won't care. What he will see is a loving father and nothing less. They will love you and we will love them together." 

He smiled and kissed me. I kissed back and we pulled apart. He laid his face lightly on my stomach, holding the sides of it. He whispered things and I couldn't make out what he was saying.
