"Now you know all the pain that comes with this life." I heard the other me talking in our mind. "I choose this life based off of blind faith that everything is pretty and perfect. But it's not. When I accepted this life I got all the bad with the good, and the bad far out weighs the good. The girl before me didn't let me know this when I was watching her, and she only showed me the best moments of her life. But if I can stop someone else from making that mistake then I will stay in the life and let you find the life that makes you the happiest."
"You knew that I was coming?"
"Yes. Nicole took me on the same adventure that you are on now. I hope you make the right decision because there is no way to undo it. Make sure to ask the others to show you everything, the good the bad and the in between. Because soon you will have to live with it."
"How will I communicate with them?"
"Merely, think out loud in your head, and we will hear it."
"So when you and that guy were making out...you heard my snide comments."
She giggled, "Yes I did, and I know how it looked. But it helps erase the pain."
"I'm sorry. For what our Dad did to you."
"Same with you, I watched your life too, and I hope you choose the life that is meant for you."
"Thank you. I think it's time to go."
"Yes. It is. Good luck, my friend."
When turn to Nicole she says, "Time to go?"
I simply stare at her and say, "Time to go."
