Chapter 12

Calum's P.O.V (Surprise):

I knocked on Bella's front door, but no one came to the door. It was unlocked so I went ahead and walked in. I went straight up to her room, her door was opened. I peeked in to see her laying on her bed asleep. I didn't want to wake her, she looked so peaceful, so perfect. I walked in and sat down on the edge of her bed.

I can't believe that Luke had her and could call her his own and then gave her up without a fight. I still don't know what happened between them exactly. I just remember that they had a fight and Bella called me crying and then Luke came to Michael's house and slammed the door. Then he ran into the back room and punch the wall so hard he put a hole in the wall.

ring...ring...ring

God dammit Calum good going. I hurried and tried to turn off my phone that was ringing. Luke is calling me... he can wait, I will call him back later.

"Hey" Bella said with her eyes still closed.

"Hi babe, sorry didn't mean to wake you."

"You're fine. So I'm guessing you want to talk about... earlier?"

"Only if you want to. I really just wanted to make sure you are okay. I don't like it when you're upset." Bella didn't respond she just sat up surprising me with a hug.

"Thank you" she whispered into my ear while pulling away from the hug. I smiled and blushed slightly as butterflies appeared in my stomach. Wow so manly Calum.

Bella was hungry so we decided to go downstairs to get some food in the kitchen. As she was looking for food she found popcorn and begged me to watch a movie with her. Of course I agreed, I mean it's really hard to resist her pout face.

She sat on one side of the couch so I sat on the other end. I didn't want to make her uncomfortable. The movie started and I immediately knew what the movie was Marley & Me (Bella's favorite movie). I know for a fact, that she cries every single time she watches it.

*(A/N spoiler alert to anyone who hasn't seen Marley & Me. Sorry not sorry)*

Bella's P.O.V:

We were three quarters of the way through the movie and it was getting really sad. I got up and walk to the side of the couch to where Calum was sitting. He gave me a confused look, but then opened his arms up so I could sit on his lap. I laid on his lap and he wrapped his arms around me. My face was on his chest and I could hear his heartbeat. It was beating so fast I don't know why? It must just be the movie, it is getting pretty sad and depressing. As usually I cried when Marley died. Calum hugged my so tight and wiped away my tears with his thumbs.

"Michael just texted and asked if you had an Xbox?" Calum said

"Ya I do actually?" I said confused of why he was asking.

"Well he is already on his way over here with Ashton, is that okay?"

"Is Luke coming?" I asked quietly

"No he had something to go do I guess." He answered.

"Okay."

Michael and Ashton were over now. I've been watching them play and I think I know how to play.

"Can I try to play?" I whined to Michael

"I guess but good luck beating me" Michael said as he did a pretend hair flip. (A/N Michael bald hahaha. I'm sorry I can't, I imaged him with a bald head and I start craking up lol)

"Michael!" I whined again "I have no where to sit. Stop taking up the whole couch."

Calum's P.O.V:

I watched as Michael and Bella fight over the couch. Bella tried to do her pouting face on him, but it didn't work on him. If that was me I would have caved in a long time ago. Bella eventually gave up. I patted my lap and she looked at me and smiled widely.

"See look someone is actually nice!" She said sticking her tongue out at Michael. Then she giggled and ran to me and sat on my lap. Which gave me butterflies. Once again I am just so manly.

Bella was getting in to game and was moving around and a bunch. If she didn't stop, soon everything is going to go down hill. I grabbed her waist to try to get her to stop moving, but it just caused to lean farther back onto me. Oh my god no, this can not be happening. I picked Bella up and sat her back on the chair and I raced to the bathroom.

Shit. Shit. Shit.

Bella's P.O.V:

"Make sure you wash your hands," Michael yelled as Calum raced out of the room. Michael and Ashton started laughing hysterically. I was so confused I didn't know what was happening.

"What?" I asked "Do I suck that bad at this game?"

"Honey we aren't  laughing at you," Ashton said trying to stop laughing.

"Then what are you laughing at then?"

"You are so clueless Bella. Calum has a boner because of you." Michael laughed.

"Wait what? No I didn't cause him..." I trailed off not wanting to finish the sentence. "Can I ask... umm... what did I do?"

"Let's just say you need to learn how to sit still when you are sitting in a guys lap." Ashton giggled.

"Oh," is all I said.

I felt bad that I did that to Calum he is probably so embarrassed. The boys are never going to leave him alone about it too.

I got up and was going to make sure Calum is okay because he has been gone for a while. I was about to knock on the bathroom door. Then there was a knock on the front door.

"I've got it!" I yelled running to the door. I opened the door and my smile dropped.

I loved writing this chapter. Well I have school tomorrow and I'm very tired. Goodnight my lovelies
