~"What the hell!"

Bakugou saw Midoriya on the roof of the school building.

He ran through the crowd of people, into the building, and up the stairs to the rooftop door. Bakugou bust trough it with one kick.

"Deku what are you doing?!" Bakugou shouted

Midoriya turned around as he stood at the edge.

"I'm doing what you wanted Kacchan." Midoriya smiled tears rolling down his face

"Just... just get down from there." Bakugou though carefully about what he needed to do next

"This is what you want, isn't it?" Midoriya said

"No, it's not what I want. Since when you listen to me anyway?" Bakugou walked slowly toward Midoriya

"But you said take a swan dive off a building don't you remember?" Midoriya eyes started tearing up again

"I didn't mean it... Please come down!" Bakugou pleaded

Midoriya eyes poured tears down his face.

"I'm sorry I cause you so much trouble Kacchan. I just wanted to be your friend... that's all I ever wanted." Midoriya's voice broke

"I know I'm sorry okay. Please... please come down!" Bakugou was almost close enough to grab Midoriya

"There you go again, telling me what to do and yelling at me. You've made me miserable Kacchan. I'm just tired of it... all of it!" Midoriya shouted

Midoriya stepped off.

"NO!" Bakugou ran toward Midoriya's falling body

Bakugou barely managed to catch Midoriya's hand, but he did and held on tight.

"Kacchan what are you doing? Let me go." Midoriya looked up

"No! How can you be a hero if your dead idiot! You saved me from that mud villain because that's just who you are. I can't let you die, I owe you everything." Bakugou asked almost crying

"I didn't save you, All Might did. I stood there helpless and useless as you suffered. I don't wanna be a hero anymore because you can't be a hero without a quirk." Midoriya's right hand was slipping

The words stung Bakugou, he had said them many times to Midoriya. Too many times.

"That doesn't matter okay, you can still be a hero. I- I don't want you to leave. I'm sorry Deku for everything! I know that won't fix it, but please give me your other hand." Bakugou held the right hand tightly while reaching out for Midoriya's left

"You can't say sorry and think everything is going to be okay." Midoriya right hand was slipping more

"Deku please... just give me your other hand, let me pull you up." Bakugou held his hand out for Midoriya's left hand
