It's Monday and the last week of March.

"Hi Izuku Bakugou it's nice to meet you and hello again Katsuki Bakugou." Dr. Idenshi shook their hands

"You've met before?" Izuku asked as he and Katsuki sat down in the chairs placed near the the doctor desk

"Yes he came to investigate us a few years ago. Which was understandable." He answered also sitting down

Katsuki leaned over and whispered.
"It was when Red and Dunce Face wanted a kid."

"Oh okay." Izuku said

"So how who would you like to do this?" Dr. Idenshi asked the pair

"What do you mean?" Izuku questioned

"Well there are only two options, but both are very easy to do and don't come with complications other than the normal compilations that come with every pregnancy." The doctor explained

"What's normal complications?" Katsuki asked

"In any case there's always a chance of miscarriage or birth defect unfortunately." Dr. Idenshi answered him

Izuku looked a little sad.

"So what's our options then?" Katsuki asked changing the subject

"You can go with the first which is the procedure I preform. It's simple I just use my quirk to switch your reproductive organs." Dr. Idenshi told them

"So one of us would have female genitalia?" Izuku asked

"Essentially." The doctor nodded

"Wow that's such an interesting quirk." Izuku said

"Is the conceiving process the same?" Izuku asked

"Yes, sexual intercourse or artificial insemination with your semen would do if you choose that plan." Dr. Idenshi said

"Okay, what's the second one." Katsuki asked

"The second plan is the procedure my wife does. She uses her quirk to combine or merge, two sets of DNA aka your sperm. After that we can insert that into an embryo to be put into a host." Dr. Idenshi explained the process

"That means we have to jerk off into a cup, right?" Katsuki asked

"Kacchan don't say it like that." Izuku scolded him

"Um yes you have to ejaculate your sperm into a container." The doctor confirmed

"Hm, so those are our options?" Katsuki rubbed his chin

"Well with the second plan you can choose your host." Dr. Idenshi said

"Choose the host?" Izuku questioned

"If you have a friend with female reproductive organs that's willing and of course able to carry a egg they can be your host or we can simply put the embryo into an artificial uterus. Most same sex couples choose the latter." He answered
