Eleven

"I am thankful for your interest in my well being, Hiashi-San. I am sure we can talk about private matters later on. But I called you here for a reason"

The stoic man slightly smirked and nodded. "You are right. So why is it that you called me?"

The woman straightened her back and opened a cupboard on her desk to pull out a scroll.
"I called you to talk about this. I know you are familiar with my role in the council and after many years of fullfilling this position I want to retire. This is my letter of resignation. Up until now the council wasn't holding back with leaving comments on me, an outsider, having one of the lead roles in the council of Konohagakure. Espacially the late Hokage's team members tended to leave their Mark's on me."

The man in front of her grunted and nodded in understanding while reading the scroll. "I know that when deciding the next person to take my position it would fall onto Danzo Shimura. Throughout all of these years as a citizen of Konohagakure and seeing him grow up I still don't have a clear vision of him in front of me. I don't want someone as untrustworthy as him holding my position. That is why I want you, Hiashi Hyuga, to take over my position in the council."

Said man met her gaze and closed his eyes for a few seconds. "Would the council allow to have two Hyugas in it? As you know the last head of the Hyuga Clan, my father Hachiro, is part of the council already." The woman nodded in understanding. "I do know that. I want you to take over a solely objective position. You are neither the head nor a member of the Hyuga clan inside the council. You will be nothing more than Hiashi and I was nothing more than (Y/N)."

The woman breathed out and smiled at him. "I trust you out of everyone I could have chosen to take my position without looking at the benefits of only your Clan. Konohagakure has had open doors for the Hyuga Clan for a long time already and you know that the villages well-being automatically transfers onto the Clan's well-being." The man nodded and unfolded his arms in front of his chest. "Do you, Hiashi Hyuga, accept my proposal to take over my position? You will be one of the lead rulers of the council without a hint of subjectiveness in your ear, eyes and lips after the next Hokage starts ruling Konohagakure"

Hiashi thought for a second and nodded and bowed his head at her. "I, Hiashi Hyuga, will take over the position of (Y/N) Senju and will join the council not as the head of Hyuga but a villager of the Hidden Leaf." The female smiled and nodded before taking out a pen. "Would you then sign the contract as well? I will make sure to deliver it to our new Hokage as soon as the inauguration ceremony finishes."

Shadows rushed through the forest as her eyes locked onto their opponent. "Yukiko-San there are three more enemies to our right. 200 meters away... they are coming with an incredible speed... 85 meters" Soma said and Yukiko immediately stopped. "Continue following him. I will deal with the other three" She said and her partner nodded before rushing away.

The woman pulled out a kunai and jumped out of the way from a flying bomb. "Ah shit I missed!" A female voice yelled and landed in front of Yukiko. "No step further Konoha Shinobi! We are not going to let you get the scroll from Yoshi-Kun!" She said proudly and pulled out a kunai herself. The woman chuckled and looked at one chubby man and a thin black haired boy. "Y-Yes! What she said!" He said and pulled out a katana.

"Oh god... Well. Then stop me" Yukiko said and cracked her neck so her black hair moves to the side and the boy whimpered. "S-Sister! You go first!" The thin man said and the shivering girl nodded before standing proudly. "You can't beat me! I will win this for Yoshi-Kun!" She yelled out and jumped up in the air pulling out a scroll to start summoning some weapons.

Yukiko easily blocked them and also jumped up to strike the girl's neck with her elbow. With a pain filled scream she fell back down and landed in her chubby partners arms. "You guys are jokes. I really thought it would be more exciting than that." The woman sighed and put her kunai away. "I can beat you with my fists. I was hoping too fight someone harder. Espacially with that speed you came at us"

The thin boy squeaked and threw a kunai into her direction which she easily blocked with the back of her hand. "Throw harder if you want to cut me" She scoffed and the chubby man started running up to her fastly. Yukiko grabbed his fists and turned them together with his arms against his back and kicked him away making him land on his unconscious female companion.

"Sister! Stand up or you will kill her!" The thin boy whimpered and jumped hysterically while pushing his heavier companion down from his sister. "I have never seen such jokes like you" Yukiko said and rubbed her forehead with a big sigh. "How can you even be such skilled in robbing if you can't even block simple combat moves."

"We are great! You haven't even seen our full potential! Yoshi-Sama is the strongest out of us four!" The boy yelled at her now too and threw more kunai at her which she either blocked or catched. The ones in her hand were thrown back, pinning the thin one on the tree behind him.
"You guys are worse than Academy Students in their first year."

"Not true!" The chubby one said and Yukiko laughs at his red face. "Do you even fit through doors?" He shut up and pouted. "I just stay guard..." He mumbled defeated. Yukiko continued laughing before she got interrupted by someone calling her name.
"Yukiko-San!" Soma said and jumped down from the tree branches in front of her.

"Ah Soma! I see you catched the dear Yoshi-Kun. Was he easy to defeat?" The man sweat dropped and nodded. "I can't believe this was supposed to be a mission for two jounins... Are you sure we went onto the right mission?" Yukiko nodded. "I guess our client thought a little too highly of them... But we need to give them that. Their chakra is so low and powerless that they were difficult to scout. It still took four days to find them."

"It took four days because you also wanted to do some shopping..." Soma mumbled and Yukiko laughed. "Well we were given a week! Better use the time. I also wanted to check out some nice places to stay when my mother and I travel here soon!" She said as she tied the defeated shinobis together.

"Let's bring them to our client and get home quickly"

Hey guys! It is me!
I hope you forgive me for my constant apologies of not uploading. That whole Corona stuff is seriously getting on my nerves and messes up my head a little.

I finally managed to write something! And I promise you all soon we will finally have some more action going on and the story can begin rolling!

I am again sorry for not uploading every week but life is life!
