"No need to thank us, we were just curious to see what was inside oof that flower.' A white haired man put his hand up. "Still," the blonde opened her closed eyes, "thank you." She stood up.
Now that they got a good look at her, they saw that she had—at least—a second degree burn on her arm, wrapping around her torso and ending write by her neck. The fact that she hadn't even felt it was even weirder to them. To her, however, the burn was nothing new. Sure Virgo helped so that it wouldn't leave scars, but the feeling—the pain—was nothing knew.
She just learned to cope with it and not let it show.
While the others were scanning the mages' body, they couldn't help bu notice her eyes. From a first glance, they thought that they were warm and full of life, but after looking at them, her eyes seemed somewhat dull and void of much warmth. It didn't match her at all, but at the same time, it did.
Her face was pale and minor injuries could be seen everywhere else on her body. She didn't want people—even if they were strangers—to help her, or worry about her. Even if it was a normal thing for a human to do after seeing someone with those injuries.
Lucy tried her best to hide the large burn mark, and all of her other injuries, but it was hard considering she was wearing a miniskirt, a sleeve and shoulder less shirt that barely covered her cleavage that ended at her stomach.
When Lucy turned to look at the flower, she forgot about one other large injury that covered the majority of her back. Right in the center, spreading almost to her shoulders and waist, was a large burn with a sign of frostbite and scarring that could only be done with a sharp blade. That was one of her more recent ones that hadn't been able to heal as of yet. It was more mellow than before but still a cause for concern.
Yet she acted as if nothin happened.
Sinbad and Kouen shared a look at the girl. She looked to be fairly frail and probably wouldn't be able to take one of those two down, but they didn't judge people because of their looks. She looked to be just as confused as they were, though she could be a good actor. Even so, something n them wouldn't let a girl like that roam free with those injuries—the burn especially.
Having a mini conversation with their eyes, the two kings decided to help the mysterious girl. Kouen, becasue he was curio to see who she was and Sinbad because she was a beautiful woman.
"Ms. . . ." Sinbad waited for Lucy to continue. "Right, I haven't introduced myself yet." Lucy said with little—forced—emotion in her voice. "My name is Lucy Heartfilia," she was about to add, 'a fairy tail mage' at the end of it, but decided against it, seeing as a mysterious person gave her a chance at a new begging. "Its a pleasure to make our acquaintance." She bowed once again.
"Well, Heartfilia-san, Kouen and myself would like to treat you injuries, as they seem very serious. Please follow us back to our boats."
