The blond had nothing else to do and needed a place to stay, so she decided to go with them. If they turned out to be dangerous, she could always run away or defend herself. Although, her spirits might be faster to react than her and she might just end up being a burden to them.
Princess, what's wrong? Loke asked her through his key. Nothing, don't worry. Lucy replied. She could clearly see Loke sigh with how dramatic he was being. We can feel what your feeling, remember? Lucy completely forgot about it. I'll tell you about it later. She finally got Loke to be quiet.
She followed behind the two males who seemed to be in charge of everything, seeing as how everybody went behind them and followed wherever they went. Lucy looked around in an attempt to find a clue about where she was. But the only thing she could see were destroyed buildings and people evacuated. The damage looks worse than what Fairy Tail usually does. She dryly thought to herself, remembering all the damage caused by her former guild.
The damage continued on until they reached a port like place with a bunch of boats belonging to the different kingdoms residing. The two kings, not trusting enough to go onto the ones boats, opted to take a boat provided by the Leam empire where Sinbad, his household members, Kouen, his siblings, Aladin, Morgiana, Alibaba and Lucy were to go on.
As soon as the ships left the port, Kouen and Sinbad sat down with Lucy, ready to start their investigation.
"First, we would like to know why and how you were in that flower." Kouen said. "Now, now," Sinbad rested his arm along Kouen's shoulder, "we haven't even introduced ourselves yet." Sinbad smirked at the irritated look on Kouen's face.
"Sin, stop provoking Prince Kouen." The one who talked to Lucy before said. "I'm sorry for his behaviour." The white-haired man said to both Kouen and Lucy. "Its fine," she said, waving him off. "In any case, my name is Ren Kouen, the First Imperial Prince of the Kou Empire." He said with a tone that demands respect. Lucy, however, wasn't affected by it, she was used to authoritative tones from her father, gramps and Erza whenever Natsu or Gray do something wrong.
Kouen, a little bit surprised that a frail, young lady like Lucy didn't at least flinch when he used that tone, but didn't let it show too much. "And I am the king of Sindria, but a pretty thing like you can call me Sinbad." Lucy was starting to get a bit annoyed by the two; she could clearly see that one thought of her as a frail little girl and the other thought of her as a harmless beauty. It was pissing her off.
But she didn't show it, if theres one thing she learned from the Heartfilia Konzern, it was how to do business properly. "As you know, I'm Heartfilia Lucy." She once again almost said a fairy tail wizard at the end.

Elsewhere, Vermillion Mavis stood upon her grave, "I'm sorry Lucy. I'm sorry that I let that happen to one of my guild mates. At least this way, you can leave your past behind and start over."

Ah, I still keep thinking about the past, I keep comparing everything to it. If I want to move forward, I need to leave it behind.
