Ehh...I can't see this ship working. I know it's "Opposites Attract", but it's not always this kind of ship works. Rebecca and Duncan are like salt and sugar. A extremely grumpy engine dating a cinnamon roll like Rebecca just doesn't sound right. I know they might get along in the episode "Sour As Lemon" but it doesn't mean anything.
Do I ship them? No. This ship just wouldn't work out Imo. Rebecca deserves someone better than Duncan.
