[you're at the bar again, drinking your usual beer. It's 6:23pm.
"Waiting for someone?"
you look up from the interesting glass of beer you were staring at all this time. "no, I'm not that lucky" you chuckle.
"aww" Jimin teases and takes the seat in front of you. "look at the loner" he coos in a baby voice. He's in his uniform and has an empty tray in his hand. He appears to have just served an order.
"Yeah right like you got a company 24/7" you say sarcastically. "Also, I don't feel lonely, I'm good"
"that's exactly what your glass of beer says everyday"
"your empty tray says you're being a bad employee" you say jokingly.
"I can set you up with someone if you want me to" he whispers as if he can set you up with some meth. His eyes express genuine enthusiasm. He seems like he's already thought of a hundred names for you. "You interested, huh?" He wiggles his brows at you.
"No, thanks" you state. "Get yourself one if you're so excited" you laugh at the face he makes afterwards.

[before you could reply, a figure appears and says "excuse me". You look away from your phone to find the same face on it standing in front of you. "You wanted to see me?" He asks in a gentle polite tone.
"I..."
"J-Jimin said you wanted to see me" he explains when he sees confusion on your face. For some seconds you remain confused until it starts making sense. Jimin... that mf
You look up at the meme guy. You could see pure innocence on his face as his brows are raised a bit higher, making his eyes look bigger. He's biting his lips, probably a habit, as he fidgets with his fingers while he waits for your response. Should you just say no? Will it be rude to blatantly say 'nah dude that bish sent you here to set you up with me'?
"Yeah umm..." you stand up, you don't know why. You either want to return the polite gesture or just dont wanna break your neck looking up at him all the time while you mess up the conversation. You scratch your head and purse your lips while you think of a good reason. "I wanted to know..." you extend the last syllable a bit as you shift your eyes around the place to find something which could give you a nice reason. "You see" you finally look at him and speak. "I was just going through the menu to see what stuff you serve and I came across certain dishes which were very unique. I just wanted to know if you serve..." you don't know where this conversation is going anymore. "...Indian food. I've been craving something new so I wanted to try Indian food. Do you serve Indian food?" You let out a nervous laugh. "I know sounds strange but just asking for future purposes" you fake a laugh again.
"I'm sorry, we don't serve Indian."
"Oh." How many times are you planning to embarrass yourself in front of this guy? You think. "Italian?" you curse yourself for trying to extend the conversation.
"We do have some mainstream dishes like pizzas and pastas. We also have various varieties in pastas like..." he carries on with his explanation about pastas and how there are varieties in red sauce and white sauce as well.
"Okay thanks. I'll look forward to it in future" you bow and awkwardly take your seat while he returns to his place.
After having a conversation with you, Jungkook returns to the kitchen with a blank face and red ears. He starts chopping some veggies for the next dish he's about to make. The speed and force with which he's chopping is so insane that his colleagues feel sorry for the chopping board. He focuses immensely on chopping all the poor innocent veggies but stops immediately once he notices Jimin entering the kitchen. His gaze immediately falls on Jimin and he glares, almost like he's shooting lasers through his eyes.
~A few moments ago~ Jimin entered the kitchen to give the list of dishes to jungkook. "Y/n's here" jimin whispered in jungkook's ears. Jungkook ignored him and carried on with his work. "She wants to see you" Jimin said. Jungkook turned around and gave him a look. "I'm not falling for that" he said and squinted his eyes at Jimin.
"Okay then let her wait." Jimin shrugged his shoulders and said.
Both of them carried on with their works until jungkook slammed the knife hard on the slab. "Oh for gods sake" he wiped his hands with his apron and left.
Few seconds later, Jimin was found rolling on the floor laughing. ~ ~ ~
"What" jimin gulps before asking.
"She didn't wanna see me, did she?" Jungkook asks indignantly.
"What? Did she say that?" Jimin asks with fake concern on his face.
"No"
"Then why you ask?"
"Drop the act, I know you tried setting me up" jungkook sighs and carries on with his work. This time he chops the veggies normally and his colleagues exhale in relief. The chopping board is finally safe.
"You'll thank me later kid" Jimin says patting jungkook's back.]
