Surprisingly, I was the first person to enter the counselor's cabins. The cabins seemed to be set up like a large strip of building, separated into parts. The front door was in the middle of the segments, and led directly to what seemed to be a lobby type area. The room was pretty barren. There were a couple couches and chairs, some machinery that seemed to be better fitted to a kitchen, a few plants, and a trash bin, but that was it for the floor. The walls had a couple of paintings on them and a mounted tv. Despite all the decorating, the sheer size of the room made it all look empty.

I walked in, followed by the rest of my friends. Barely seconds after all four of us got inside, Tsumugi came rushing through the door. She was out of breath and obviously slightly peeved that she wasn't the first to the building. She spoke in our general direction and asked,

"..Did....anyone.. go to the.. rooms yet?"

With the way she spoke, you would've assumed she just ran a mile. In stark contrast, Rantaro's calm voice responded,

"Nope."

"We're the first ones here." Keebo unnecessarily chimed in with.

As if those words had restored all of her energy, she got up and happily responded.

"Good! I like to get all the counselors to know each other on the first day, so please just take a seat anywhere in this room."

Surprisingly, nobody said anything in response to that. We all just walked over to one of the couches and took our seats. As soon as Kokichi plopped down, he stretched out his arms and legs and complained way too loudly.

"Get to know each other?! I'm tiiiirrreed. If I have to say any fun facts about myself I'm gonna scream."

I was the first to respond.

"Oh, calm down. We're probably just gonna learn each others names and then head off to sleep."

Rantaro spoke next, and he seemed as relaxed as usual, if not a little excited.

"Fun facts wouldn't be that bad right now. Plus, most people here already know each other. This won't be as awkward as a first day of school."

Despite the fact that his words were very sensible, Kokichi continued to groan about not wanting to meet people. For somebody so outgoing, he seemed really introverted. As we just sat around, more and more people came in and sat with us. There were some pretty normal people, like Tenko, Himiko, a short girl in a yellow jacket, a girl with almost grey hair that was cut to her chins length, and a fairly tall girl with her hair held up by two red scrunchies, who walked in with an even taller boy who's hair was so odd that you could probably find it's slope with rise over run. Then there were some more, odd, people. One dude with fairly long hair was wearing a mask that covered his mouth. Another dude was so big and unkept he barely fit through the door, and right to his side was the total opposite; a dude so short I hadn't noticed him all day until now. And lastly came in the two girls who I had seen Keebo with earlier today. The more rambunctious of the two instantly started running toward us, with the other speedwalking to catch up with her. The running girl didn't stop where I expected to, and she didn't stop any closer either. She ran up right next to the couch, and before she even said a word she sat on Keebo's leg.

"Keeeeebs! What the hell is this about? You told me you were going to gym- and now you're sitting here with two and a half boys I've never even seen before. Don't tell me you've already replaced me with some twinks!"

Keebo responded bluntly, almost like he was annoyed with the girl.

"Please refrain from sitting on me, Miu. Rantaro isn't a twink.-
