  Matt's POV

Yup, that was it, in less then a day I had completely, and utterly fallen for Ellie. There wasn't a doubt in my mind about it, god Alex would probably kill me if he knew! But, she was just so...different. She was, sweet, thoughtful, kind, caring, and listening to her play was...it was perfect. She poured so much soul and emotion into her words, I couldn't stop staring. What was this girl doing to me? Hell, I loved Kendall to the ends of the earth, but I never fell for her this quickly, this hard and not nearly this much! I had to get over this, and fast, but could I really?
The song finally finished and her face flushed bright red. "So, um, yeah, that was it."
"That...that was amazing! And Ellie, you got a pretty decent set of lungs on you too."
"Uh, thanks." She put the guitar down next to her.
"Ok so time for question one...describe your perfect man."
"Oh, er, well, there's no such thing as perfect to be honest, in an ideal world maybe, but regardless, no one will ever be perfect. Everyone has traits that others will find annoying, everyone looses their shit some times, women can be bitchy, men can be assholes, it's like, imprinted in our DNA, no matter what. It's just down to how well you can control that part of you. Buttt I guess, I don't know, I like it simple, just someone who will be there for me, doesn't have to be physical, a text or a phone call will do. Someone who can be my best friend as well as a partner in crime. Someone who I can pull pranks on and will get me back and we won't hate each other for it. Ok maybe for a moment or two, but you know what I mean. Just...someone I can be me around, who won't lie, or cheat, or betray me like the other's had. Someone who will just go with the flow, will give as much as I do, show me that they care, rather then just say it. Words mean nothing without actions. Someone who won't be all up in my face constantly, I can't do clingy, I believe, even if your married, you should each have your own thing, like my parents do. Mum has her little things she does once or twice a week while dad goes out and does his. I'm not really the romantic type, sure a little romance is good, but I'd rather he pull a silly prank on me, or take me to a basketball match. But yeah, just someone who can be a friend as well as a partner."

Yup, I was in love. "Wow...that...you have got to be, literally thee most down to earth person I've ever met. Everytime I've asked that to someone it's been stupid answers like, oh I want a guy who will bring me flowers every week, wine and dine me, treat me like a princess, blah blah blah!"
"Oh god, the princess complex, yeah, that isn't me!" She laughed shaking her head. "I believe in being equals, but don't ever ask me to make you a sandwich after sex...because if I'm able to walk to the kitchen to make one...you haven't done it right."
"Well..I can't argue with that." I let out a small laugh. "Ok, question two...what you think about me so far?"
"Oh, uh..." She shuffled awkwardly, blushing again, damn I loved that blush of her. "I would of thought buying you that Matty Mouse would of at least told you I didn't hate you." She let out the cutest little chuckle.
"I don't know...you may be the type to buy your arch enemy a gift, lure them into a trap, a false sense of sercurity and then BOOM, dead."
"Ohhh, now there's an idea." She pondered thoughtfully, then chuckled. "But no, you seem alright, Alex always went on about how you and the others are decent guys, genuine, and so far, you haven't disappointed. I'm warming up to Zack slowly."
"Well, I'm glad I haven't disappointed." I grinned.
"So three?"
"Hmm no, I'm going to save the others for now until I can come up with some awesome ones. Think we better head back down stairs."
"Yeah, I feel kinda bad Hayley's down there on her own after we already left her for a good couple hours."
"Yeah, come on." I smiled, getting off the bed.

  Ellie's POV

Oh god, I couldn't believe he asked me that! How on earth was I supposed to answer that honestly? You can't just tell a guy you've known less a day you're pretty sure you're falling for him! Let alone a guy who lives in a completely different country too and after the next few months you'll rarely get to see, hell it's been two years since I've seen Alex after all!
"Lee-Lee?"
"Yes chicky?"
"I'm going to make a drink, you want one?"
"No I'm good." She smiled.
"Matt?"
"Coffeeeeeee...please!"
"Sure." I smiled.
"I'll come help!" Hayley got up and we walked into the kitchen. "You so totally have the hots for Matt!"
"What, what are you on about?"
"Oh pish posh! I lived with you for three years, I've known you for five, I know you!"
"Yes, he's hot and all, but it's nothing."
"Yeah, whatever, if it's any constellation, I'm pretty sure he's got the hots for you too."
"What? Don't be stupid!" I scoffed.
"Well you clearly don't notice the way he looks at you compared to everyone else. He finds every oppertunity to look at you, he's always smiling at you, like, you actually have your own smile, it different from how he smiles at everyone else, it's bigger, brighter. He chews on his lip ring...a LOT when he's looking at you without noticing. And hey that's just what I've noticed in a matter of minutes."
