"then two seasons have passed us even in this moment, i miss you"areum awoke to sun rays peaking through the window and shining down onto her. she observed her surroundings and soon realized that she wasn't at her apartment or akemi's. areum sat up and let out a sigh of relief when she noticed akemi was laying next to her.
areum attempted to stand up but her head started throbbing as soon as she attempted. she quickly realized it was the effect of the alcohol from last night. she grasped her head as she walked out of the room attempting to find an explanation as to how she got here.
the more she walked the more out of place she felt. the walls of the house were tall, and white. complimented with floor to ceiling windows. the more she walked down the halls the emptier the house seemed it seemed as if nobody lived there. soon she reached a staircase that led to the living room.
areum kept walking straight and was soon met with the living room which seemed to be the only place in the house that had any sort or decoration. once she entered the kitchen she noticed doyoung standing with his back to her not paying any mind to areum.
"where am i?" areum stated standing still while fidgeting with her fingers waiting for a reply.
"eat this" doyoung said as he pushed a plate of food infront of her accompanied with aspirin. areum cleared her throat and asked him once again " i asked you a question."
doyoung quickly turned around and stood tall in front of her staring into her eyes with his piercing blank ones.
" go get akemi we'll wait for you"areum nodded watching doyoung disappear into a room which she assumed was the dining room. She quickly grabbed the aspirin and started walking back towards the bedroom. by the time areum arrived to the bedroom akemi was awake grumbling over her head ache.
areum handed her one of the aspirins doyoung gave her. "doyoung told us to head downstairs to eat." areum stated as she watched akemi down the pill in one go. akemi nodded to areum and offered her a gentle smile "lead the way!"
once they arrived to the kitchen areum led akemi into the room she saw doyoung enter and was surprised at what waited for her behind the door.
the dining room was decorated with a long black table that could easily hold a large group of people. around the table were 10 black modern looking chairs. over the table hung a large chandelier that easily illuminated the whole room.
sitting at the table were four men one of which was doyoung. akemi cleared her throat and gave them a shy smile "hello.. i'm akemi this is my friend areum.." she said while gesturing at areum.
the other three boys looked up from their plates and nodded clearly uninterested. doyoung gestured at the two empty seats "take a seat and eat. after ill drive you guys home."
the rest of the morning was spent eating in silence while areum occasionally glanced at the three boys across her who never bothered introducing themselves.once breakfast was over the girls followed doyoung into a black car that was clearly luxurious. the exterior was black with tinted windows. the interior was no different seats covered with expensive looking leather. areum and akemi sat in the back of the car while doyoung sat in the drivers seat. the ride took no longer than 10 minutes but to areum it felt like years. she was drowning in her thoughts and uncertainty.
how did they get here? were they drugged? did they do something to them? who were those boys? what was the sound she heard before passing out...?-
once areum and akemi arrived to areum's apartment they quickly got ready for school having no more than 20 minutes to get ready.
