i'm back ;)

sorry if it's bad or ooc, i'm rusty.

"I can't believe we're finally here," Stark sighed, looking up at the sky as if he were praying. "I for sure thought we weren't gonna make it."

"Come on, Tony, my driving really isn't that bad," Peter yelled, punching him in the arm. He drew a laugh out of his mentor. "Besides, you were the one who taught me, so what does that say about you?"

"Excuse me, I am rich, famous, and devilishly handsome. I can get out of a ticket easily. You, however," Tony poked at Peter's cheek, "Are 17."

Peter let out a breathy scoff and got out of the car. He stretched his legs out. "So this is your new place, huh?"

"It's not particularly new, is it?" Tony said. "I've owned this cabin for 5 years now. It's just new to you."

"Shush," Peter said. There was no not behind the statement, because the boy was already looking around the property. "Where's Morgan?"

"I see how it is, picking favorites already?" Tony crossed his arms. "And here I was, thinking it was me."

"Morgan's adorable. You're just old."

"Oh, shut up," Tony said with a laugh. Morgan peeked from around the house and giggled.

Peter chased after her with the same giggle. "Play nice! Do not go into the lake again!"

Peter turned for a moment to give him a thumbs up, then scaled the side of the house.

"I'm never going to get used to that." Tony turned around to Pepper and wrapped his arm around her. "How was driving?"

"Good. He's getting better. He's not giving me a heart attack at every stop now." Pepper poked him. "Okay, okay. He's a very good driver. Better than me. But do not tell him I said that."

Pepper pecked his cheek, but didn't reply. "I'm going to go make dinner."

"Wait, Pepper," Tony called. "Don't tell him."

"I'm going to go make dinner," she said back.

"Damnit, Pep," he said. But she was already gone.
