~Nya's POV~
It happened so quickly.
Everything was fine. Everything was fun. I must've forgot where I was or who I worked with. I'm not a normal sixteen year old anymore. I've committed crimes, killed people, stolen, kidnapped and threatened people.
So why was it when things went downhill I was surprised?
Slowly opening my eyes I felt the biggest pounding in my entire body I've ever felt. Worse than any hangover I'm sure Kai or Cole has ever felt. The last time I've felt this weak was when we got served spiked snacks and I along with the others except Zane of course had a week of nonstop bathroom issues and vomiting. I couldn't move and any inch I do move the most agonizing sharp pain ran through my bones and skin. I remember being taken back to drop off all the shit we got from the mall and things were going smoothly.
I was welcomed into the mansion with open arms and everything was nice until...yeah. Sure, I started snooping around and next thing I know a knife coming at me by a tall man from behind. It was a tough battle by I was taken by a surprise glass object to my head and out I went. Next thing I remember is fighting for my life in a crazy rushing river, using any strength I've had left from the fight, being thrashed against rocks, boulders, sharp sticks. Just about anything you'd find in these waters I was put up against and eventually was able to grab onto roots coming from the ground and crawl out.
After that? I woke up here.
Looking around my temporary room, not seeing much as it was late and it was dark. "What time is it?" I groaned to myself while trying to sit up but a sharp ache of course showed up. How could I have let myself get this bad? I started to slowly remove the blanket on top of my legs and as my eyes really adjusted to the dark I could see the bandages and wraps around my legs along with my arms, and I feel something wrapped around my head. Even though I know I should just go back to sleep I have to get up and see what's going on.
Biting my tongue, I forced myself to sit up. Ignoring every pain as a sign to stop in my body to finally sit all the way up and look over to the clock on the nightstand. "What!?" I didn't mean to whisper out loud, I was just surprised at the time being one in the damn morning. I had to blink a few times to actually believe it but it really was that late. Despite the time I had to get up. I started to feel around me and noticed I didn't have any devices on me. No purse, no phone, no earpiece, no nothing. Just great.
After forcing myself up I nearly collapsed to the ground. My legs must've really gotten it bad, but it couldn't compare to splitting headache still going on. I continued to ignore the bajillion different issues going on in my body, I limped my way to my door and slowly opened my door and my eyes fell upon also the dark hallway. It's not surprising that it was dark and seemed lifeless. Looking down the hall where the doors of the rest of the gang were all were dark except for one...Cole's I believe? Light was emitting from under his door so it was safe to assume he was still up.
Shortly though the quiet silence of the night was interrupted by the sound of my stomach. I really am hungry. Limping and stumbling, I continued to try my best to make it down the hall and the stairs without tripping over my legs and falling flat on my face at the bottom of the stairs but as I made it an actual surprise that was genuinely surprising was actually waiting there on the couch in the living room.
"Lloyd?"
The only light in the entire room next to him was a small lamp as he sat on the couch in a old white plain T shirt and green sweatpants. Across the couch was files and papers and he seemed to beeee...not okay? I-I mean it's Lloyd, he's never okay. Like ever, but now he definitely seems like it. Instead of looking like he was reading or writing anything he seemed more staring off into the distance. "Hey, Lloyd?" I called out a little more louder as I limped my way over to the couches and I saw him snap out of whatever was running through his mind and turn his head towards me, the low light making me be able to see his eyes widening. "Oh my First Spinjitzu Master, Nya!" My gang leader didn't hesitate to throw whatever was on his lap off to the side and come to my side, "What the hell are you doing up? Are you okay? You need to rest? Do you remember what happened?" Lloyd started to just act like Jay. Spitting all these questions but I just know he's worried.
