Chapter 16

Lucy's POV

"Wake up!"

I opened my eyes and saw a man standing above me. He grabbed me and forced me to stand up.

"Let's go." He says coldly as he drags me out of the room. I look around as I'm being pulled out and see that almost everyone is gone.

"Where are you taking me?" I ask.

"You'll see." He mumbles.

He brings me into a room and I see all my friends chained up in a circle. The man led me to an empty spot and chained me up, and went back to get another person.

"Lucy, are you okay?" I look over and I see Natsu chained up next to me.

"Yeah, besides the fact that my life is about to end." I say sarcastically.

"I won't let them hurt you, I promise." He tells me.

I smile softly at him then look at the ground.

I wish you were right, about getting out of this.

After everyone else is brought into the room and chained up, six members of Blue Skull's guild stand in the middle of the circle.

"There's one last thing we have to do before we begin the ritual." Their master announces.

Akari turns to him with a puzzled look on her face." What do you mean? They're all here."

"There's one thing that I didn't mention." Their master looks at the people from his guild that aren't in the middle of the circle and nods. They all walk towards the six members of Blue Skull in the middle of all of us.

"What are you doing master Gin?" Akari asks her master.

"We needed twenty five people to sacrifice to take over the celestial world, and that includes the last of the celestial wizards. Counting them and their friends that are here there was only nineteen, so I had to sacrifice six people of this guild to complete the ritual." He explains as they are being chained up as well.

"How could you do this to us? To me?" Akari cries.

"I'm sorry, Akari. But it had to be done." He says.

"No!" She yells. She breaks free of the guy who is trying to chain her up." How could you betray your guild like this?"

"I didn't betray you, I'm doing what has to be done!" He yells.

"No, I won't let you get away with this!" She starts to walk towards her master, but then Erza calls after her.

"Wait--" All attention is turned to Erza." Let us go, we can help you fight him."

Akari stared at her for a moment, then she nodded. She ran towards Ezra to unchain her.

"Stop her!" The master yells and the rest of his guild starts to run towards Akari and Erza.

Akari and Ezra fight the few wizards and take them down, it didn't take long since Akari can't be hit. Then they came and let the rest of us free.

As soon as all of us a free, Natsu turns to me." You need to get you and all of the celestial wizards out of here."

"No, I'm not leaving without you, or anyone else." I argue.

"You don't have your keys, you can't help fight." He argues back.

"Fine. But I'm waiting outside, and I'm not leaving until everyone comes out." I say before gathering all of the celestial wizards and heading outside.

Erza's POV

I watch as all of the celestial wizards exit the building, then I turn to Blue Skull's master, ready to fight.

"Be careful, he can use whatever power his opponent has." Akari calls to us.

So he can use any of our magic? This is going to be interesting.
