High Priestess (Completed)

The Cave

Kara's POV

He had reached the cave a few minutes back... Its night time... The cave has an opening to the outside which shows sky and brings fresh air...

His eyes are glowing in the dark...They have the shimmer of a predator...

What will happen now..

"Kara..I know that you are still afraid of me..But you don't need to be. Just trust me...I will not do anything that you dislike"

The cat was out of the bag now....What did he mean by saying he will not do anything I will dislike...He knew very well that I would not dislike his advances but he also knew that I was in a dilemma... I was ready and yet I was not ready...

Ronans POV

"Come on Kara.. I will not bite you" I told her

"What if you bite me again" She replied defiantly..

I was angry now

"I not only want to bite you...I also want to lick you and taste you" I advanced angrily towards her

She retreated back.. and was now cornered by my large frame...She was so fragile..Why couldn't she understand that the werewolf species cannot restrain themselves once they have marked their mate... I didn't mark her forcefully... It was the necessity at time...Otherwise I would have given her due time and space before making her mine..

Time was a luxury that we didn't have anymore

"Please Kara don't be afraid" my breathing was haphazard now as i was uttering those words into her ears. 

Her flesh was so tempting...No no I have to give her space... With that thought I left her alone and went and sat in the other corner of the cave...

"you know I love you" She said aloud..

I looked at her trembling frame.. She came nearer and nearer... Her shaking hands were touching my face now

"I have loved you ever since I met you first.. But you never gave me any consideration..You have always been rude to me.....And now also you are only acting all love-struct due to your mate bond" 

I listened to her insecurities... I let her talk for a few hours...After she was tired she put her head on my shoulder and fall asleep...She was so near me but I couldn't touch her not yet...

I wanted to make her comfortable..

Kara's POV

The morning breeze woke me up... I had slept besides Ronan... My head on his shoulder... He was sleeping like a baby...His face was very handsome...

I touched her forehead and my finger traced his features down to his lips...

Suddenly he bit my finger...

"Ronan are you awake?"...I asked him

"yes I am..Do you mind..........By the way I liked how you touched me"

I couldn't take it anymore... I hugged him and started crying...I had been through lot...And my patience was leaving me...But strangely enough being with him made my mind and soul at peace....It was time that I accepted that
