The whole classroom turned at my entrance. I turned bright red instantly at the attention.
"Uhm I'm sorry I'm late professor, I had to drop my little sister off for her first day," I said with an apologetic smile. I heard an eruption of Kwais from all the girls in the class and even some of the guys.
"I'll let it go today, but please don't be late again Miss.....," he trailed off looking for me to answer his question.
"Onami, Meu Onami," I said softly. He nodded in recognition and pointed towards the only empty desk near the window next to a little blonde boy. I made my way over and sat down quietly still blushing. The teacher began to introduce what the class would be learned over the next couple of months til break. I heard a small pstt to my left and turned to see the small petite blonde boy whispering.
"Hi! I'm honey! And this is Usa-chan!What's your name?" He asked cheerfully hugging a bunny tight to his chest. I smiled back, he kind of reminded me of my sister Koko.
"Hey Honey and Usa-Chan.I'm Meu, it's nice to meet you," I said in earnest.
"Oh and I almost forgot about Takashi!" Honey said pointing behind him to a man 3x his height, looking like his complete opposite . Takashi nodded at me in acknowledgement.
"But you can call him Mori, everyone else does. Where did you go to school before?" Honey asked cheerfully leaning over his desk to be closer to me. I looked forward to see the teacher still focused on his lecture and not looking out way.
"I used to have tutors at home but this year I decided it would be best if me and my sister went to a real school, so we could meet people our own age. She's been so lonely lately..." I trailed off thinking about Koko. Ever since the fire all she has had is me, a few stuffy tutors and the television. A lot of my time gets sucked up keeping the Onami empire up and running so she's been alone most of the time. Honeys eyes widened in understanding.
"So this is your first time at a school?? That's awesome! You have to have the full experience! I'll tell Tamaki!" He cheered happily jumping in his seat.
"Uhm yes, but that's no necessary uhhh who's Tamaki?" I asked confused.
"He is our club president of course!" I stared back drawing a blank.
"What club are you in?" I asked tilting my head. This conversation is just getting weirder and weirder.
"A host club!" He giggled. My jaw dropped to the floor. A host club? Isn't that a sex thing??? But he's so.... And that's so.... What?!?!?
"I would never go to a club like that! That's awful! ...." I opened my mouth to continue to rant and ask the bazillion questions that were flooding my head but I was interrupted by the teacher calling my name.
"Miss. Onami! I know this is your first time at Ouran but lolly gagging is not tolerable! Pay attention!" I blushed and sank down further into my desk and turned my attention to the teacher for the rest of the class period. When class finally let out I followed the train of people to the exit only to be kidnapped by a small blonde ninja. I felt small hands wrap around my waist and pull me back against a wall, I jumped ten feet and easily escaped his grasps crouching low to the floor and turning towards him. He looked startled by my escape but just smiled.
"Come on! I have to introduce you to the other hosts!," he said grabbing my hand and dragging me in the opposite direction of my next class.
"No! I have to go pick up my sister! And I can't go to a club like that, nor would any proper girl want to! Let go!" I said firmly but my efforts were pointless he was determined. For such a small guy he was really strong. My claws were itching to come out. I held my feet down and began pulling his hand trying to escape. I meowed in shock as he pulled me so hard I fell to the ground. I groaned in annoyance at falling down twice on my first day. Suddenly a new pair of arms wrapped around me picking me up and putting me over a broad shoulder. I looked over my shoulder to see it was Mori.
"Please put me down! This is kidnapping! I can't just leave my sister out front alone!" I squealed squirming trying to escape but it was pointless.
"I'll go get her! Takashi will take you to the club so you can meet everyone! You'll love it I swear!" Honey said with a jump before rushing off in the opposite direction. How would he ever find her???? What is up with this club??? Mori kept on walking in the opposite direction taking no notice to my threats and whining until we reached a giant white set of double doors labeled music room #3. With one hand holding me still and the other on the door Mori pushed his way into the room. The moment I looked up I saw 100s of rose petals falling from the ceiling in a midst of bright lighting. What had I gotten myself into this time?
