The next day

I know.. I know.. I been away from y'all. I haven't been updating and I apologize to my readers. College is a little stressful😭 but I'm back now & I'm ready to give y'all more chapters 🦋💕.

Darnel - Alex wake up.. wake up Alex PLEASE DAMNIT WAKE UP!!  I love you Alexandra.. please
Jumping out my sleep, looking over at Darnel who is apparently having a nightmare.. I get closer to him and start shaking him to wake up..
Alex - Darnel wake up.. hey.. it's okay I'm  here.. I'm right here..
Pulling him close to me.. trying to calm him was my first thought that came to mind, no words. I just wanted to make him feel my warmth cause whatever he was dreaming about I knew it was something bad. Noticing that his breathing was going back to the normal rate it should be, I let him stay in my arms until he drift back to sleep.

Hearing the birds chirping I fought myself out of bed.. rolling over trying to feel for Darnel I notice his body wasn't there. Getting up to walk into the kitchen I see him standing there.. what a view, A man in the kitchen was just so sexy to me.
Darnel - Eggs, bacon pancakes with strawberries on the side.. with your favorite of course orange juice.. coming right up
Smiling at the thought about this man thinking he know my favorite meal prep for breakfast was cute.. but not tryna ruin his mood I wanted to ask about last night.. cause even though he seem perfect right now.. Last night was something totally different.
Alex - mmmm smells yummy! What made you do all this?
Darnel - woke up feeling good, wanted to make something beautiful for a beautiful queen like you.
Alex - hmm.. what you do? Come on out n tell me..
Darnel * laughing* nothing girl, I just wanna show you appreciation
Alex - well I feel highly appreciated thank you. * walks over to kiss him on the forehead*
After breakfast, we both got lazy, it was Sunday we both just laid around and watched a little bit more of Martin. Looking out the window, it started to rain..
and you know dealing with cable the rain was a little hard so it knocked the power out.. So now me and Darnel just sitting in the dark.. Until I thought about this smell good candle that I bought just for a moment like this. Going to the back room to get my candle, walking back to the living I notice that Darnel was there anymore.. until I heard him say MARCO..  laughing, I just just played along and said POLO! walking closer to the couch Darnel grabbed me and we both landed on the floor laughing..
Darnel - you lose
Alex - whatever..

Looking at D.. she couldn't keep letting this slip away from her mind, especially with her being a therapist it was eating her alive.. She wanted to help him.. she wanted to know what and why did he have that dream.

Alex - so.. last night..
Darnel * sitting up* what about it ? I was snoring loud ?
Alex - * laughing* no.. you was umm having a nightmare.. I wanted to see if you're okay.. it seemed pretty bad..
Darnel - word, I don't remember no nightmare
Alex - hmm.. you sure? Not even a little piece?
Darnel - nothing.. but you ready to take a bubble bath? I'll run your water
Noticing that he trying to change the conversation, being an intern for some years and now owning her own business she know that's a sign of not wanting to talk about their problem.. so responding back to him she just decided to say .. Yes.. I'm ready..
While taking her bubble bath, she couldn't get the thought out her head.. "wake up Alex .. wake up" she just knew Darnel was hiding something from her & she was determined to figure it out.

Darnel - come on bro pick up..
**RING RING 3x**
Jordan - wassup nigga
Darnel - Man.. what took you so damn long to answer the phone!
Jordan - man chill I'm moving moves.. wasssup?
Darnel - man.. I keep having these nightmares.. Alex ass catching on.. We gotta find that bitch bro.. she up to no good! I feel it in my spirit bro.. these nightmares a sign bro.. I feel like London gotta hit out on Alex Man.. this bitch crazy.. she want revenge
Jordon- I feel you.. just keep your eyes on Alex.. and I'll do the same with Ivey.. we gone catch her bro just relax.. I got yo back bro.
Darnel - this shit crazy.. Ight bro good looking..

Putting his phone down, holding his head.. he heard somebody knock on the door.. walking over to the door, opening it he didn't see nobody all he saw was a note..
Bitches can always get bloody.. like Bloody Mary..
Reading the note.. he closed the door and just put the note in his pocket.. pacing around in the kitchen all in his thoughts Darnel knew something was off he just don't know how to tell Alex yet. Getting taken from his thoughts he hears Alex voice..

Alex - Well I see the powers back on.. that bubble bath was nice.. you should go take one..
Darnel - yeah.. maybe the next time you take one I'll join you..
Alex - Lol nope never.. you be tooo dirty
Darnel - whatever.. * starts singing* rain rain go away come back on a different day
Alex - those are not the lyrics.. *start laughing*
Darnel - Take lil lex with you too.
Alex - * continue to laugh.. *mumbles stupid*

Not noticing the power came back on, He goes to take a shower, while Alex start making dinner.
