"Detective Reed? I have just received an email from Captain Fowler".

" What , dipshit"?

" It says , I would like you and Gavin to stay with one another just incase a case comes in , So I would like you to inform Gavin about this.".

" Absolutely not! You are not staying with me! Phck no!".
I had a feeling Gavin would not cooperate with Fowler.

There is absolutely no phcking way Im working with that Tincan!

" Detective , Fowler says that this is necessary".

"I don't give a flying fuck what Fowler said"!

Connor rolled his eyes at me

As we got to the station , I immediately walked up to Fowler's office.
I slammed open the door.
" There is absolutely no phcking way I'm working with that plastic prick"!
Fowler rolled his eyes and stood up.

" Reed! I don't need your childish bullshit! You will stay with him"!

I walked out of his office and slammed the door.
I walked out of the station and got in my car.
" Phck!".

Connor's POV

Fowler said that I needed to go to Gavins apartment even though he refused to cooperate.
I started walking to the Apartment Complex , Gavin stayed at.

I walked up the stairs and went to Floor 2.

I hit the "Up" button on the Elevater and hit Floor 3.
In the elevator , an obviously intoxicated couple walked in the elevator.
" H-Hey there".
I tried my best to ignore the couple.

When the elevator hit Floor 3 , I left the elevator as fast as I could.

I found Gavin's room and knocked.

Gavin's POV

The second I got home , I was greeted by Midnight.

" Hey Midnight , How was your day"?
She meowed in response.

" My day was total shit".
Midnight meowed.
" Fowler had to partner me up with some Tincan! Can you believe that shit"?
Midnight meowed in return.
" Then , I have to talk to some asshole who was hitting on Connor!
Midnight stayed silent and acted like she was listening.

" Then Fowler sends an Email saying that he has to stay with me"!
Midnight meowed and jumped off the counter and went to her food bowl.

" Did I not feed you this morning? Shit , I'm sorry girl".
She meowed.
I filled her bowl with her cat food and scratched behind her ears.
I left the kitchen and went in ny bedroom to relax.

One Hour Later...

A loud knock on the door woke Gavin from his sleep.
" The hell"?
Gavin slowly got up to answer the door.
When he opened his bedroom door , he was greeted by Midnight meowing at his feet.

Gavin scooped Midnight into his arms and walked to the door.

" What the phck are you doing here"?
