" what the phck are you doing here"?
When I opened the door , Connor was standing right outside of it.
" Captain Fowler said that I needed to stay here considering how many assault cases he's been getting".
Connor said looking directly at me with his cute doe eyes.
Cute? No...Stupid.
Yeah stupid is the word.
" Detective Reed? Are you alright?".
I got snapped out of my thoughts by Connor asking me a question.
" I'm fine , fuck off ".
Connor rolled his eyes and looked at me.
" Can't you just cooperate and not be a total asshole , for once? I have tried my hardest to be nice to you and you continue to be mean to me! What do you want from me?"!
Connor had artificial tears in his eyes , slowly falling down his cheek.
I didn't know what to say to him in return.
I just looked at him.
Tears started falling down his cheeks more repetitive.
The only thing I could think of was to hug him.

I grabbed his shoulders and pulled him into a hug.
I could feel him tense up but then soon relax.
He started crying into my shoulder , clutching to my shirt.
" i-im sorry".
He apologized.
I pulled him back and looked at him.
" Don't apologize , I'm the one that really need's to apologize. I've been a total asshole haven't I"?
Connor nodded and chuckled lightly.
" Yeah , Yeah you have ".
We both chuckled.
" Just come in ".
