A/N
Hey guys. I usually leave this until after the chapter but I thought it best that I give you guys a heads up. So, the first scene of this chapter is a cringey as hell kissing scene. Please do not judge this is my first ever one and I even advice you guys to skip it entirely. It was so hard to write and the main reason this chapter took so long. The entire chapter is actually a hot mess and I'm scared about publishing this. I'm sorry about that. Anyways, I love you guys. Enjoy the chapter.
Love,
Lily.

Chapter Twenty One

I had no idea who closed the gap first but before I knew what was happening his lips were on mine.
Kissing Forrest wasn’t like anything I imagined. A part of me expected him to be a bad kisser due to the fact he hasn’t had a girlfriend before.

Boy was I wrong.

Forrest kissed me as if he had been doing it for years. His lips on mine felt like perfect bliss. His hands trailed from my thighs to my waist which was uncovered by the crop top I wore. He pulled me closer and I couldn’t help but shiver at the contact. I could feel myself quickly getting lost in the and I did not want to stop anytime soon. A gasp escaped my lips when he began rubbing small circles on my waist causing Forrest to smile in satisfaction at the reaction he caused. At some point the need for air overpowered my want to continue kissing him and I pulled away. A second later Forrest began placing feather like kisses on my jaw before trailing towards my neck causing an embarrassed moan to slip from my lips. Forrest looked up with a smirk on his lips causing a blush to spread on my cheeks. His smirk quickly turned to a full blown laugh at the sight of my red cheeks. He lifted his right hand and cupped my cheek.

“That’s cute.” He said before moving to capture my lips again. A knock sounded on the door causing us to stop in our movements.

“Forrest! Riele! Are you guys done?” Gabby asked from the other side of the door causing Forrest to groan before resting his head on my shoulder. I giggled before turning towards the door.

“Yeah Gabby we would be out in a minute.”

I struck my final pose, breathing heavily as I watched Forrest clap and make his way over to me.

“So, what do you think?” I asked slightly afraid of what he would say. He stood in front of me with a smile on his face before touching my shoulders.

“That was great.” He started as he began rubbing my arms. “I sometimes forget how good you are at this.” He said causing me to blush slightly.

“Good enough to beat Camille?” I asked, insecurity clear in my voice. He rolled his eyes before answering.

“Look Elle, you shouldn’t care if you can beat her, that’s not the point.” He started pulling me towards the bed. “You love to dance, right?” He asked and I nodded.

“That’s what that matters. You shouldn’t compare yourself to others.” He told me and I nodded.

“Yeah thanks.” I said but I couldn’t help the self-doubt creeping into my bones.

“I know you are still thinking about this.” He said with a knowing smile and I looked away.

“Come on, I’ll make you lunch.” He said and I smiled before nodding.
