~ I was watching kissing booth and got this idea, you aren't dating him.. YET~
I was on Instagram and I saw Gray getting hate, alot of it too, I am pretty sure he saw, I decided to call him. It rang for a while but he didn't pick up.. I immediately rang Ethan who picked up.
"E, where is Gray?" I ask
"He hasn't been out of his room.. I dont know....?"
"E he has been getting hate on Insta, I am coming over make sure he is okay!"
I hang up getting my keys.
As I backed out, E called, I stopped and picked up the call..
"Um..Y/N.. he isn't in his room, he has a note on his desk.. it says I need some head space.. tell Y/N if she calls, I am waiting for her there."
"Okay.. you stay there."
"As if I was planning to leave.." He joked
I giggled and hung up as I walked to the place I knew he was at, it was pretty close anyway.
I walked hurriedly,
I arrived as I walked to the top.. I saw him sitting on the top on his phone, he looked sad and broken, I slowly walk behind him and wrap my arms around him,
"I am here now." I say He turns around and hugs me close to him.
I rub his back as he suddenly begins shaking and I knew he was crying,
"Gray.." I mumble
"I- am sorry.. Y/N,"
"Why are you sorry?" You ask as he looks up
"I am a weak ass bitch. I let the stupidest shit get to me." He says
"That's called being human, and those are known as emotions, don't feel bad, especially when those ugly hearted people can't see the good in you, it's their loss, I have been your best friend for years and I know for sure how amazing you are." I stop as I rest my hand on his cheek
He sniffles wrapping his arms slowly around me, I take his phone from his hands, I let myself in,
Yes, I know his password, I go to his snapchat and film a story, he looks at me and I shake my head
"It's about time."
"Okay, you guys, this is enough, you have no idea how dope Gray is! If you guys don't remember he tried and still fucking tries to brighten your day, even if his day isn't great and if you can't appreciate him for the person he is, LEAVE! No one wants your negative bs on their timelines, he is my best friend and I will not let him be treated like shit!" I rant
Finishing the snap I upload it.. Gray was looking at me
"What." I ask
He just stares at me, I stare back, into those brown hazel eyes I adore, I get butterflies in my stomach when he looked at me. I have had a huge crush on him and I thought it went away or it's just like a thing that will go away but it never went away.
Suddenly time stopped, atleast for me when Gray sat up, caressing my cheek, glancing between my eyes and lips, we both leaned in until our lips finally touched, our lips moved together with passion and love, we both pulled apart, shocked..
What just HAPPENED?!
"I kissed you." Gray said chuckling
"I SAID THAT OUT LOUD?!"I ASK jumping up
He laughed pulling me down
"Um.." Why am I making so awkward?
"Calm down woman." He said
"I don't think that's possible. Like I just kissed my cr- I mean best friend of five years and-
Gray stops you from blabbing by kissing you again
"Now, shut up." He says joining your foreheads together
"That was uncalled for." I say as he wraps his arm around my waist
"So crush for five years? Huh..?" He says wiggling his eyebrows
"Um.. I meant bes-
"Oh shut up, everyone knows." He says
My eyes widened
"I just didnt say anything because I was waiting for the right moment." He says
"And that was?" I ask
"Now." He teases tickling me, I slap his arm away
I was so embarrassed, I don't even know if he feels the same way, he probably doesn't.
We decided to go home, he offered to drive me, it's like a 15 min walk but I felt lazy anyway.
He was about to leave, I invited him in, I was lonely anyway.
We both walked in, you were taking your coat off when Gray pulled him to you.
"So, Y/N.. will you um... be my- he was so nervous
I laughed
"Yes Grayson." I say
He sighed pulling me into a hug excitedly
