Chapter 6

It's been a week ever since Marinette told the news to her mother and her father finding out about her pregnancy, It's been awkward but her father wasn't as mad like she thought, He was mostly scared, scared for his daughter and was disappointed at her for not saying something sooner, luckily the baby was healthy when Marinette went with her mother to the hospital but Marinette didn't know if she even wanted the baby, She couldn't take care of a baby while she's a superhero, let alone a guardian besides being a busy teenager, Chat Noir didn't seem to be around as much anymore nor came over like he did so that's something else that held her back.

Adrien pretty much shut everyone out ever since he found out his father was Hawkmoth (I just stick with Hawkmoth, the man is confusing)
He did feel so bad for not coming to see Marinette anymore, he wanted to tell her everything, he didn't like keeping anything from her but his father finding out about her and how he felt about her just scared him even more. Plagg went over to Adrien with a concerned look, he's been so mopey ever since he found out his father was Hawkmoth. It worried him, the poor kids been through a lot and on top of all that he finds out his father is the villain he and Ladybug have been fighting for years.

"Kid.. I really think you should go see Marinette. You haven't seen her in awhile" Plagg told him, he was so worried for Adrien that he didn't even eat his cheese or was being his goofy sarcastic self. He did grow to love his owner after all these years so of course he was gonna care.

Adrien looks at his kwami as he was just laying down on the bed, it took a few but he finally sat up. "Yeah.. you're right, I miss her too" The blonde said, Marinette knew how to always cheer him up too. Even if he couldn't tell the whole truth she was always so easy to talk to.

Adrien then finally got up from his bed and transformed into his alter ego,  taking his baton to help him jump out of his window, he then started going from roof to roof to help him get to his girlfriends house.

Marinette was just laying down on her bed, she's been eating a lot and watching anime since her stupid cat boyfriend got her into some animes they would usually watch together. She's been binge watching Demon Slayer all afternoon while her parents were just busy in the bakery. They always look upset and disappointed at her, at least that's what she thought.
She was about to slowly close her eyes since she was getting tired and after a minute she heard a knock on her window, it made her jump immediately. Marinette groaned, sitting up, she didn't even care so she laid down, didn't even see who was knocking.
There was another knock. She cursed under her breath. "I'm coming my fuc-" Marinette gets up and sees someone she never thought she would ever see. Chat Noir grinned brightly as he had a rose in his hands. Hes doing this again.. Seriously?

He looked at her and knew he was in trouble when Mari saw him, she looked pissed. When she went over he even backed up, Marinette didn't hesitate, when she let him in she hit him and pushed him. "What the hell!!? You think you can just leave and then come back without texting or letting me know if you're ok!" "You love Ladybug don't you??! Go to her and leave me alone" She snapped at him as she threw her pillow at him.
"Geez princess calm down" He knew she would be upset but not this mad.. He has seen her mad before but this was new. "I'm really sorry I didn't let you know, I was busy with my personal life, a lot has happened." He frowned as he told her. Chat Noir felt horrible about leaving her in the dark and not letting her know about anything or if he was ok.

Marinette couldn't help it, she just broke down and cried. Her hormones were all over the place but seeing him made everything worse, She hugged him tightly, with his arms wrapping around her, him kissing her forehead, it made her feel safe, like nothing could hurt her or make her feel terrible like she's always been feeling ever since she found out about the pregnancy. "I-I thought you were mad at me, y-you never came back or even called me" she cried as she hit his chest and then covered her face with her hands. "The last time you came here y-you told me you loved Ladybug and didn't wanna be with me.."

"Mari" He whispered as his voice broke. He hated himself right now, He wished he could make her feel better but didn't know how, it was his fault he didn't tell her about him needing a break nor about how hard his private life has been. "I don't even remember telling you that, I would never play with your feelings if I did.. I wanna be with you and only you"

"I-I'm pregnant" she couldn't keep it from him forever. Out of everyone she needed him, her father was still wondering about who the father was of her baby but how was she gonna tell him that she had a night with a famous superhero of Paris and got pregnant.
Chat Noir just had a blank expression on his face, he didn't know what to say. She's been pregnant?! He hated himself even more now. It's been a month ever since they last seen eachother so he's pretty much been letting her handle this herself without him there.
It also made sense of why she's been acting differently at school. "I-Is the baby mine?" He couldn't help but ask even though it was a dumb question to probably ask.
The girl just looked at him as if she wanted to slap him. "Really? That's the first question you ask???" She said with an annoyed tone.
"I'm sorry.. I'm just surprised" He looks at her, even at her stomach, she was showing too and he could tell. "I'm sorry I haven't been there for you.. I would've been there for you if you told me" He was just more disappointed at himself then before. He couldn't expect her to tell him when he didn't even come around. He felt like a douchbag..

Chat Noir didn't even know what all to say, he didn't want to disrespect her and ask questions like if she wanted an adoption or wanted to keep it.
Marinette held his hands, that's all she could do since he looked like a nervous wreck. "If you're wondering I didn't want an abortion.. that wouldn't be right" She just felt like it was right to say that. Especially if he was just caught off guard with her telling him she was pregnant out of the blue..
"Are you wanting to keep the baby?" All he's ever wanted was to be a father someday even if his father makes him doubt he would ever be a good dad himself. Even if she wanted to put their baby up for adoption the baby would be better off with a father that would love the baby.

"I don't know.." Marinette replied. "my parents know and Alya knows" She added.. Her parents were wondering if she even wanted to keep the baby or give the baby up for adoption but they were supportive no matter her decision, Alya was well..

He slowly nodded, he didn't want to ask anymore questions or burden her, instead he hugged her gently and just held her in his arms. She hugged him back, she didn't want to worry about anything else, him being here is all that mattered to her..
