This is just a chapter about, quite obviously, the Easter Holidays. Enjoy, or don't, your choice 🙃🙃
Speaking telepathically
Doctor's POV
"So, you said this actor, this Jon Pertwee guy, could do all these stunts in real life? That's SO COOL!"
"Yeah, he could. He was in the British army for a long time, I think.""Nice that they found someone so experienced to play me."
"'Suppose. They've always been able to get good actors in, whether for guests, companions or me and you. Like the guy they got in to play this you, David Tennant."We'd finished another season that day, the 7th to be exact.
"I suppose we should show up for the End of Term feast," I casually mentioned, not that it really mattered. I'd much rather keep watching tv, it was incredible in all the details and even the years it happened.
"Ugh. Do we have to?"
"Eh. Probably."
"Could stop them sending in the SWAT teams," The Master joked."Let's go, we could stick around upstairs for 20 minutes," I told him but made no move apart to put down my empty cup of tea.
He made a noise of agreement but he, too, enthralled by the show, sat stock-still.
A minute later, I realised that.
"So, going for a meal?""Let's get up now... I guess." He paused it and then turned off the screen.
We took another minute of wishing we could stay in our room to get up, but eventually we did, changing out of our comfortable clothes into more 'acceptable' clothes.
"Why can't I wear what I was wearing yesterday?" I asked miserably.
"You know what? Go ahead, no one can stop you."I punched the air and rushed off into my bedroom again, slipping on my scarf and then everything else. However, when I looked in the mirror, I felt like it didn't look right.
"Maybe I should put on my black belt? Yes, that would do nicely. Maybe a leather jacket instead of a blazer, too?" I pondered what would look best, adding the two accessories and then some 3d glasses and grabbing the recorder I had as my second self, slipping it into a secret compartment in my sleeve.
"Ah, all done! And only took.. 2 minutes. Nice."
I walked out of the room, only to be met with my friend standing in front of the door."You look like a drunk 10 year old with scissors, glue and a hell of a lot of TV magazines made you," he pointed out.
"Good."
He sighed, muttering about how he should've stopped me.
"Let's just go."
"Yes! You can't stop me, I'll wear ridiculous things forever!""I have no one else to blame but me, I suppose," he told me forlornly.
"You did make me want to watch my own show for a day and a half with no breaks."
"I know, I regret that.. atleast it's good. If I made you watch Twilight or something all the time then I would literally leave right now."
We soon reached the hall and silence fell as the students saw me, and only me because the Master made me go in by myself.
"Yeah, I know, he's an eye-sore, isn't he?" My friend spoke from behind the door. The room burst into fits of laughter. Even Snape and Dumbledore looked amused.
"This is what happens when you watch a show about yourself for 36 hours without even eating, don't do it kids." I chuckled at my own words, waved my wand and suddenly I was wearing a karate outfit with my black belt and awards.
