Chapter 2

I can already tell today is gonna be different from all the other days. Maybe it will be worse maybe it will be better. I'm not gonna get my hopes on it getting better because come on, i mean its life. Its not fair and it just ends up dissapointing you in the end.

"Lauren you gonna get out of the car or just sit there for another 5 minutes?" Ally said in a sarcastic tone.

"sorry just thinking" I said not making eye contact and exiting the car. Normani,Ally, And I go to get our schedules in the main office. We compair schedules and I have homeroom with both of them but the rest of my day I'm alone with idiots.

"Well we should start heading toward homeroom we don't want to be late" Normani said grabbing her bag.

"You guys go, I wanna put some things into my locker. " I said hoping they would just leave me alone. Don't get me wrong I love them but I'm just tired of being around such happy people. Not to mention they are always trying to fix me. I'm sorry to say this but it's too late. I can't be fixed so they need to stop trying.

I get to my locker and just stare at it. Its so boring like my life. It's plain white. Old, beaten up. You look at it and try to figure out its story. Why it looks the way it does. While I get lost in my thoughts I get shoulders checked backwards and fall straight on my ass. The person who knowcled me over starts rambling really fast.

"Oh my God im so sorry! I didn't see you i'm just late for class and I don't want a detentio-" I cut her off.

"No it's okay. I'm late for class too." I said looking up to see these beautiful hazel eyes staring into my green ones. Her hair is in an ombrè and its so beautiful.

"Well I'm Dinah Jane, just call me Dinah. Whats your name? "

"Nice to meet you Dinah I'm Lauren."

"Nice to meet you Lauren. Well I'd love to stay and chat but I'm really late."

"Haha its okay see you around Dinah." I said and give her a wink as she walks away.

I most definitely hope to see you around Dinah Jane.
