Chapter 2 (EDITED)

Sorry the chapters are really short but once i finish editing these chapters i will start posting new long chapters

I stared out the window as we were driving to the mall "hey Ava how about you tell us about your self" Emily asked, their wasn't really much to know about me except that both of my parents are dead.

"Uh,well I'm 17 and I grew up in London but you guys already know that" I saw Emily frown, I'm guessing she wanted to know more.

"Ooo how about we just ask you questions about your self?" Amy suggested, it's weird cause I noticed she's a middle aged women but she acts like a teenager. hey I'm not complaining though

I nodded "ok what your favorite color?" I thought for a little because I usually don't get asked these kind of questions "mmm yellow" I responded, they both nodded

"Do you have a boyfriend back home?" Then I did something I never thought I'd do, I laughed humorously "my dad would've killed me if I had a boyfriend" Amy turned to look at me and smiled

"Aww he must have Been protective of you, that's cute" Emily added, I turned "yeah something like that i guess" I said softly and frowned, I'm guessing only Amy knows how he treated me which I was grateful for.

My father did let me have friends because he thought they would find out about what happens at home but he didn't have to worry because nobody liked me at all.

We had finally arrived at the mall, it was so a huge mall and so beautiful.

We finished shopping and now on our way home with about 7 bags each, and let me tell you the car was very stuffed.

I really got to know them and it was actually fun, me and Emily are pretty good friends and Amy is sort of like a second mom.

We arrived back at the house and they showed me around and to my room, it was a nice home and my room is beautiful.

They had already set up everything so it looked great, all I had to do was just put my new clothes in my closet which I did in about 30 minutes.

I just sat in my bed and watched Netflix till it was dinner, I walked down the stairs and over to the dinner table, I sat at the dinner table and I was really nervous because I hadn't met my other cousin and my uncle.

"Guys this is Ava and she will be staying with us for a long time, ok" Everyone Introduced them selves

I ended up sitting next to Noah who is my cousin, everyone was talking with each other except me, I was just picking at my food.

"Why aren't you eating your food" Noah whispered to me "I'm not really that hungry" I replied, my dad only let me eat like once every few days because he didn't want me to completely die.

"Well you look very skinny like overly skinny so you should eat" he said sternly, I thought about it and then decided to eat.

I ate 4 bites and I was super full "oh come on you can eat more then that" he commented, I looked at him "I really can't though" I replied, he gave me a weird look and I just shrugged.

After like 10 minutes everyone was done and I was heading up to bed, once I hit the bed I immediately fell asleep.

I am not ready for school tomorrow.
