"Damn my dawg snapped, bae you not gone say nothing?" Mareese whispered. We were peeping through the cracks of the hallway closet door. Chris and my mama just had a big ass argument and our nosey asses snooping.

"Hell nah that's their argument. The same shit he said to her she done said to me before... She needs to see how that shit feels." I whispered back.

"Damn but umm bae how we gone get out this closet?" He whispered.

"I HOPE YALL MUHFUCKAS KNOW YALL CAN'T WHISPER FOR SHIT!" Chris yelled out causing us to burst out laughing including him. Mareese was laughing so hard he fell causing the whole door to slide open.

"Oohhh gawd I can't breathe." I held my stomach while trying to catch my breath. Mareese ass was still over there rolling.

"Bruh you snapped man! That's pay back especially from how she treated me that night she first met me." Mareese said while dapping up Chris.

"Boy come on! Alright Chris we leaving, make sure you lock the door." I said while making my way downstairs. The whole ride home Mareese goofy ass was imitating their argument causing me to laugh everytime. Lord knows I can't deal with his crazy ass.

VAUGHN

Damn it feels good to be able to wake up in my own bed. Them 7 months wasn't no joke. Dodging 12 (the police) ain't easy, but since me an my partners good now, it's back to the money.

"Where are you going?" Janae asked while rolling over to face me. I was standing in front of my night stand reloading my guns.

"We gotta get everything back up an running." I told her.

"Vaughn yall just got back, can't that wait?... This shit haven't even died down yet."

"Nahh bae you trippin it's money to be made." I tucked my gun in my pants an put the rest of them at the top of the closet then grabbed my keys.

JANAE

I don't even know why I stress myself. Vaughn gone do what the hell he wanna do regardless.

"Marques an Antwon!" I yelled out.

"Yessss!" They ran into my room an climbed into my bed.

"Watch'yall wanna do today?"

"Umm get Lasha and Nessa and go to the mall." Antwon said while Marques nodded his head in agreement.

"Yall got mall money??"

"Noo you and daddy do." Marques said. Me and Antwon laughed.

"Alright yall go get dressed." I called Tasha so we can go get something to eat then we'll probably go to the stores. I climbed out of bed and did my morning hygiene.

"Talking about me, where yo ass going?" Vaughn sneaked up behind me an scared the shit out of me.

"Omgg don't do that! I thought you were gone." I punched him.

"Not yet I had to roll up an smoke a joint... I'm finna leave ina minute. Where yall going?"

"Me and Tasha taking the kids to the mall." I told him.

"Yall always together, that's yo babymama... I'm glad you hang around her instead of these other hoes." He laid across the bed an watched me get dressed.

VAUGHN

"Ayee bae since yall going to the mall you should get me some more polo boots."

"You got some polo boots money?" She said while sitting on the edge of the bed fastening the shoes.

"Nope I'm broke." I joked while getting up from off the bed.

"Then I guess you won't be getting no boots."

"Whatever I'm finna go bae, take care of my kids yall be safe." I kissed her an rubbed her stomach.

"Boyyy don't touch my stomach, ain't shit in there!" She pushed me back.

"It will be." I laughed.

"The devil is a lie, I ain't having no more kids, yo ass better go buy a dog."

"Whatever you say." I laughed.

The door bell then rung.

"Alright I'm gone, call me if yall need me... Here." I handed her a stack then kissed her again before heading downstairs.

"Hey daddy." Vanessa and Alasha said. I bent down an picked them up.

"We going to the mall." They said.

"What yall gone get me?"

"Some candy!" Alasha said.

"I'm broke daddy." Vanessa said. I laughed then put them down an handed them a small stack a piece.

"I gotta go meet uncle Chris Ima come meet yall later okay?" They said okay an ran upstairs.

"Yall be careful, an call me if yall need me." I said to Tasha.

"Where you finna go?"

"Back to the money." I told her.

"Yo ass just ain't gone learn." She shook her head.
