Everyone is gathering in the court room. Mareese and Quortes are sitting on the far right side behind their lawyers. (The Matthews). The State's Attorney, (Prosecutor) is in front of the judge at the podium. And the families are seated on the left hand side.

"Your honor #400-263, Quortes Walker & #400-275, Mareese Sills is in here for first degree murder, and possession of a weapon." The prosecutor said while handing the judge a packet.

After reading through the packets once again the judge called the lawyers up to defend his clients, (Q & Baby).

"Your honor my name is Latoya, I am here for Quortes Walker... Quortes has done a lot in his past I must admit. But that's only because he has been out on his own since 9 years old. Every since his auntie died he has been from one foster home to the next. As a young black African American it's hard to find help at such a young age. Quortes and I found each other by faith and every since then he has been a whole different person and a great father to our daughter.

Next Witness

"Hello your honor I'm Monica... I am here for Keith. My apologies for him not making it here today. Me and Keith have been married for 7 years and all together we have 3 beautiful kids. Keith has always been the best father to our kids, he has never put me or them is harms way so for him to be accused of doing something I know he didn't do really bothers me because our kids look up to him. They don't wanna see their father incarcerated especially for murder... Your honor my husband may be a lot of things, but he is definitely NOT a murderer."

"Hello my name is Janae Stevenson. I'm here representing Vaughn King. Instead of just talking to you, your honor I would like to talk to everyone in the court room to explain the type of boyfriend, father, son, brother and friend Vaughn is. Vaughn and Christian both lost their oldest brother a few years back and may I include that justice has still not been served. Vaughn has been through so much but if you only knew the type of person he is you would know that he will still smile regardless of how hurt he is. Vaughn has a 5 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. (She pointed to Tasha & Vanessa)

Judge Ruise : Who is the mother of the son?

"Well your honor her name is Brandy, But I wouldn't necessarily say that she's his mother because Marques doesn't ever know her now that he's getting older.

Judge Ruise : Why isn't she in his life?

"When her and Vaughn was together she cheated and admitted that she got pregnant by this guy. Therefore her and Vaughn went there separate ways. After she gave birth she reunited with Vaughn and had a DNA done.

Judge Ruise : How do you know that this is so?

"Because I, myself is the one that performed this DNA Test that proved that he is that he is the father. With this Brandy left the baby and Vaughn and went back whoever she was with. Moral of the story is that Vaughn has no time to kill he's too busy helping himself and others

Judge Ruise : Thanks you may take a seat.

"Hello I am the grandmother of Eric Sills (Knowledge) and Mareese Sills. When they were younger, their mother had to leave which left me here to raise Eric, Mareese, Melissa and their 3 other brothers who are incarnated as well."

Judge Ruise : What are the names of these guys.

"Richard Sills, Quantavious Sills & Tevin Sills."

Judge Ruise : One moment

The judge took a minute and searched up all three of their names...

Judge Ruise : Thanks ma'am you can take a seat. I have all the information I need to continue.

"Good morning Judge Ruise my name is Kayla Jackson I am the ex fiance of Christian King."

Judge: Excuse me if you're the ex fiance why isn't the current girlfriend talking?

"Well because she's a new one, she doesn't know much about him like I do."

Everyone is the courtroom covered their mouth in shock

Judge Ruise : Umm well wow, is Christian's story similar to Vaughn's story?

"Yes your honor."

Judge Ruise : Okay you may take a seat.

"Hello your honor, I'm Kenya. I am the girlfriend of Mareese Sills."

Judge Ruise: Is he also the father of your unborn child?

"Yes your honor, he is."

Judge Ruise: And how old are you?

"I'm 18 sir."

Judge Ruise: Okay you may take a seat.

After hearing all the speeches and asking questions. The judge took a break and left the court room to gather his thoughts.

20 minutes later

Judge Ruise: After reading over the packets once again I've came to conclusion that even though there was a description made, there still isn't any evidence. The prosecutors say that these guys did do it but I choice to say that they are NOT GUILTY...

Everyone let out deep breaths and some cried.

"All of the charges and warrants will be dropped but as for Mr. Sills & Mr. Walker, because you two did have a charge of gun possession I'm giving you each 8 months of probation... Take this as a warning gentlemen, if these are violated I'm sentencing you both for 15 years do I make myself clear?

Mareese & Quortes: Yes Sir.

Judge Ruise: COURT DISMISSED!
